Actually auto exhaust is cleaner than cigarette smoke. This study was done using a diesel truck and found that three cigarettes pollute more than an a diesel truck will. And the newest ULEV and SULEV vehicles can actually produce exhaust gas that is cleaner than the air they take in (depending on existing air quality). Furthermore, the smoke from cigarettes is more confined in apartments, homes, condos, etc than it wold be outdoors.

The - can only be used for one session, meaning that if you don't fill the disc the first time you burn it you can't add to it later on. The + can be multi session, meaning you can keep adding to the disc at different times until it is full.

I do feel bad, I don't think she meant to get drunk and end up where and how she did. She's going to go through a lot of crap both personally and financially, but I know I did the right thing. I'm just wondering if she'll get home soon and hoping she comes out alright in the long run. I may call in the morning to see if she at least had someone that was able to get her out and home. But that in no way excuses what she did. I lost someone I that was very close to me to a drunk driver on November 22 1997, we were dating at the time.

Damn... now I feel bad about calling it in. I did consider waking her up and seeing if she just wanted to rest it/sleep it off or call someone to come get her. But that would only let her think she got away with it and could get away with it in the future. Better to learn a lesson this way instead of her learning a harder lesson by killing or hurting someone today or later on.

And she was definitely drunk, staggering, slurred speech, failed the sobriety test as well, more than enough. No one else could have been driving the car.

It did not become on offensive move, It was still a defensive move. The guy had reasonable believe to believe he was in danger at the time. He chose to act before it could have become a worse situation. If you feel you are in danger, you're not going to ask the person if they are a friend or foe.

Getting arrested.

The guy did what you thought was best at the time for his own protection and his fiance. If it had been an intruder then we could bear what's your story on how two people were killed by an intruder or armed intruder. He felt safer the gun and used it as he felt was the best way at the time. Better to have a firearm and not need it, than to need a firearm and not have it.
