I admit I don't know much about the YDC as my girls and their friends have never been there. However my niece that lives in Whitesburg in Carroll County got in trouble for skipping school and she was sent to YDC in Paulding. So I guess other counties use our YDC also.

Thanks. I went to Food Depot today. I am going to next week stock up on dry goods for a month and my spices I need to start the monthly thing by July so in Aug when I start the once a month pay I know what I'm doing.

I actually live Aldi and that's I'd where I get that same stuff! I know this will be a challenge but I'm going to get some paper and write down meals that we like and go from there. Thanks for the tips

I am thinking with the new job that gets paid once a month I need to try to maybe shop biweekly or once a month. With little runs for milk and bread and fresh veg. Any advise?

We have sprint -3 IPhones on it 1500 min to share to land lines mobile to mobile free and free nights and weekends. Our bill is 200 a month.

Yes they did much less in all the new setup . They basically went in and gutted the place and started over. I know they have worked all day and spent most nights and weekends getting it ready.

Yes Lol I do know that new rules are in place for weekly inspections so if their are any issues they will be handled quickly.

Just hung up with Debbie they did not sell it infact Comcast is there today so she can be closer to reopening. They have done a remodel and update all new furniture. Sinks, blinds, refrigerators and air conditioners. New mattresses and linens. They will be open soon Debbie and Barry and family have worked extremely hard to get them ready and in GREAT new condition!

Not sure if the sold it I talked to Debbie a few weeks ago and they were fixing it up and getting ready to open soon. I saw the new furniture and fixtures in there and it looks great! I will prob se her this afternoon and will ask.

I get most of our meat in a package deal from west metro and they divide it up the way I use it so it goes right into the freezer I do this once a month. I did get some steaks at food depot about a month ago. They were thin sliced Ribeye but were very good. Since I was buying 11 of them I did not mind them being thin. Lol I do really like the customer service at the meat department at food depot. They are super friendly and easy to locate.

That's us too down to one child at home and she is 19 so many nights she does not eat at home. However on Sundays I'm feeding 11+ when the older girls and families are here alone with a friend of the kids or two. Even grown they bring friends to eat at home. Lol

When I was working I had dinner ready by 6:30. Now since I am at home I have it ready by 4:30 for hubby to take to work if I did not cook the night before. If he has leftovers u have dinner done by 5 that way when ever our 19 year old is home she can eat. I like having it ready early cause early cleanup and done. I'm sure that will change when I go back to work. I am the queen if the crockpot. Lol

You could maybe call the ice ring in Kennesaw and she if they have any old rentals they will sell cheap.

I called Subby Friday night about 8 PM and told him I needed my mower serviced. Glen said bring it on over. So hubby and I took it to him. He had it running better than it was when we bought it. Super happy it was done so fast also. We could have picked it up Saturday evening but we were not home. So I just want to say thank you to Glen and his staff for a great job, quick service and reasonable rates we will be return customers!! Thanks again Larry and Heather

Ok thanks I am torn between Paulding and Cobb to be honest. I have to go take the learners test then make a decision. The thing is the Paulding bus barn is right by my house. So no real travel time to get to work. But Cobb gets more hours.
