  1. No, its my 14 month old. I dont want her teeth to get all messed up. And she looses them and its getting expensive replacing them!

    Her teeth or her pacifier?

Seriously, just pitch it. She will cry, but in the end neither you nor her will be worse for the wear. BTW my oldest was 14 months old when I pitched her pacifier, we all lived through it. ;)

  2. A complete calico is almost always female; this kitty only has calico patches. Of course, one would have to have a lot of free time on their hands to get through all the rolls of kitty fat and check! ;)

The kitty at our house has to weigh at least 20 lbs. I thought she was the biggest cat ever, everyone who ever sees her asks the same question: "is that cat pregnant?".

However, I've been proven wrong; there are other kitties in the world begger than the one here.

  3. I wasn't the victim of bullys in school. I was a meek kid. However, my little sister was more humble than I.

One time; I picked up a little boy by his shirt collar for spitting on my little sister. He must have been 4, my sister 3; I am 5+ years older than my sister. :ninja: Anyway after I did that and told him if he ever even spoke to my sister again, let alone spit on her, I would make his mother wish he'd never been born. :o

Of course, don't go by that since I was just a wee one!

  4. I love cherries!

I am picky about cheese. First off it has to be melted, and then preferably a white melted cheese. I don't eat cubes or slices of cheese like most people do. But hey, don't go by me since I also am not a fan of: cheesecake, fudge, peanut butter, pudding, or cream cheese. After forcing myself to do it because it is healthy, I can eat cottage cheese and yogurt; but let me tell you it wasn't easy. :p

  5. I do know Pubby has had a couple of calls a few months ago about the auto renewal charged to a credit card, and the member because of a certain situation was not in a position to renew. Pubby said no problem.

As for me, I lost my orange club status today. What get's me, my membership expired months ago, like March, but I still had status.

I guess the bottom line, I'd watch out for those auto renew ( and I believe when I first signed up to pcom in 2004..........it was in fine print for auto renew)

My Orange wasn't going to expire until tomorrow; yet I got hit with the charges today.

No worries with you, pubby. Just don't accuse me of bitching or complaining and all is good. After all, even though I have a child with a serious medical condition, I've never asked for help on Pcom. Even though I have a hard enough time paying the bills around here, I've never asked for help here. My children are my own responsibility regardless of how healthy or unhealthy they may be.

Anywho, Pubby...rest well, all is good.

I'm way under a year for my "subscription," but let me say now: DO NOT RENEW ME WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION.

    Thanks, 'preciate your consideration.

I don't recall checking an automatic renewal box. If I did, please post the form here and let me review it. Otherwise, let me decide the status of my membership. Not to be grumpy, but it really is my choice, especially if I didn't deliberately agree to automated renewal.

    Thanks so much.

 I don't recall that either, Puss!

  7. Critty:

You are via paypal and yours is set to renew Oct. 14th.

You can cancel automatic renewal via paypal before that time through paypal.

The problem is that memberships seem to continue on if done via postal service ... yep, I actually disabled two of them today that expired in March and April. I suspect if I looked, I'd probably find 20 .. maybe 50 or more whose memberships had expired and who haven't renewed.

PS: I'm sure no one is complaining about that.

Complaining? Well, I guess so. I haven't had a land line at my house for 2 weeks because the $$$ just isn't here. Call me a complainer if you want, I really don't care. I have always been a supporter of this site. I sure hope you aren't calling me a complainer; because really I don't complain about much. (MOS and his real identity ring a bell?)

  8. Hey folks, as far as the programming ... that is something that is done by others ... I'm just pleased that it works as well as it does.

Super Girl, when I bonused you the three months ... I also set yours to postal service so it shouldn't hit your paypal again. Use the $19.95 to pay off the bank ... (They earn billions this way, BTW, and there is no regulation of the industry in this regard at all. And the funny thing is that they provide zilch service in this regard ... it is all programmed and done automatically. More for them, less for you. you know the routine. )

I am cool with you, Pubby. It took me a while to figure out what the 19.95 subscription was for....for a little while; so I know you didn't do it personally. We are good, really. :)

My policy on all automatic renewals ... they're called subscriptions ... is that I will refund the money at your request.

Indeed, I'll send the refund immediately assuming it was paid. Typically the banks don't pay and just charge you which rea.

I obviously cannot do anything about the overdraft fee but your refund is already done and I'll extend your membership 3 months.

Well, then you may as well just leave it as is. I get paid tomorrow and intended to renew tomorrow. Of course, had I done that, I would have not gotten hit with the extra 25.00. Why a freakin' day early? I had planned to renew the day it expired, not the day before.
