I am the same way. It's to the point that I hate to see December coming. I have not bought the first thing, and have no idea when or if I will have the money to buy anything this year. Kiddos may have to wait until taxes come back to get anything this year.

My BIL has the recipe in his head and doesn't really share it. Here is what I know. That's why we only get to do this about once a year, when we ALL get together. We will be making 450 of them by the time we are done. We eat a bunch of them, and put the rest in ziploc bags and freeze them. Then we all divide up the ziploc bags and take them home with us.

I know someone who had ALL of her black Friday shopping items stolen from her car while going into another store. She went back to American Eagle to ask them to print off a duplicate receipt so she could make a police report. Not only did American Eagle print her the duplicate receipt, THEY REPLACED ALL OF HER ITEMS for her. WAY TO GO AMERICAN EAGLE.

It's worth it no matter what mess I come back too. I can straighten it all out once I get back. As far as the family goes, we get along great. We got rid of the ones who caused drama or tension, so we are all good now. We are having a great time so far.

We made it to the cabin just as the sun was going down last night. When we pulled up to the gate, we see a sign that says "Bears are in the area. Beware!" So we start going around the mountain, watching the sign and looking for our cabin. We find the cabin, and we all start to pull in, when we realize we are be greeted by...... 2 Deer!!!! Totally awesome!!

I have several friends on there who use that app. You probably do too, but don't realize what it is they are doing. Next time you see one do it, it will click and you will understand what we are talking about. I, for one, don't care anything about that. People know enough about where I am and what I am doing on there. Difference is, I'm not being stupid about it, and I am not hiding anything from my bosses or anyone else to get caught in a lie.

No, not her status. She has an app on her phone that allows her to check in when she arrives at certain places. It gives an exact map of where she is. That is what she is doing that lets everyone on her FB know exactly where she is and what time she arrived there.

I am so glad the hot summer temps are gone for this year. I almost jumped for joy a few minutes ago when I got my Greystone Bill. $120!!! Yahoo!!! That is so much better than the $500 bills I was getting during the summer. I feel like I can breathe again for a while. :yahoo:

I don't know the entire recipe. That is why we only get them when he comes into town. It's HIS family secret, and he won't tell us the exact recipe. He is Phillipine and his family used to own a restaurant years ago in Indiana where I grew up. I know he uses ground pork, ground ham, very finely dices carrots, and eggs. We get the spring roll wrappers from an oriental store. It's just known that when they come into town, we WILL be making eggrolls.

They are a HOT item around here. We make them about once a year, and anyone who has had them around here, always ask when they are coming back to make more. I share a few and hide the rest.
