Woman, 59, charged with husbands murder last Saturday
dawneykids replied to gpatt0n's topic in Fastread page
So, this was the black smoke story? WOW!! People always seem to think that they are so smart and they are going to be the one to get away with murder. Not so much. Sad for the family. Do you think it was a mercy kind of thing and not malice? -
This is the saddest thing ever. And I still can't figure why anyone would post cruel and hurtful remarks on FB. What could you have against posts about this sweet baby and his loving family? People really are that horrible and it's sickening and as they say, 'There's a special place in He!! for them', some people don't deserve to draw another breath........IMO.

Me too! And I have a nagging headache and a stuffy/runny nose, how can you have both??? Advil Cold and Sinus is my friend.

I'm sorry, but an in law doesn't deserve respect just because they are an in law, they're no better than anyone else to earn it. I agree that there are daughter in laws and son in laws who have a chip on their shoulder for no reason, but I also know that there are also horrible in laws that don't deserve the time of day.

Warms your heart doesn't it!!! You think, 'Y-E-A, they're mine'!!!

Great post! My grown kids came back home, one because of job loss and one because an abusive marriage, so our house if full. But, a couple of nights a week my girls still want to play board games with Hubby and me. A couple of Saturdays ago, the youngest 26, and I, played a heated round of Scrabble and the whole time she posted on on FB about how much fun we were having and the words we were making. She was called a nerd, weird, odd and so on. But her friends chimed and said, 'Hey, if you had her parents, you'd want to stay home and play games with them too'. I that moment, I realized that we

My MIL and step-MIL only tried to do this when my girls got to be older teens and adults. MIL would call and say things like, 'I don't think it's a good idea for so and so to be doing so and so'. Hubby finally told them both that it was none of their business, to back off and to hush. My youngest daughter was 24 and his step-mom called and told him she had something important to talk to him about. They met and her issue was the profanity people used on my daughters FB page. 'Well, people I know can see that page and I don't appreciate it'. He told her very quickly that at 24, we don't moni

I had no idea. I do remember now that I think about it, my sister-in-law worked for the state of GA and they get off Confederate Memorial Day, whenever that is.

Shots fired, Swat Team surround home on ... April Fools Day !
dawneykids replied to CitizenCain's topic in RECENT TOPICS
A 1/2 to 1 second is way too long when your heart drops when reading your stupid joke on the front page and wondering for any length of time if it's your loved one on the ground, in a pool of blood, at a crime scene. Think about it!! If your child were on a bus and the topic read, 'School bus hit by train in Paulding County, no survivors', that would be real funny wouldn't it? But it's only for a 1/2 second, so what if you thought your kid could be dead? I guess I'm just a stick in the mud. -
Are you kidding? WOW! CA is still in America, right?!

Right! Especially when you have friends that are LE and firemen in Paulding county who are at work right now. SO NOT COOL! -
In hiding I'm thinking. I seriously doubt that he considered his bogus little tirade would backfire against him in such a huge way. Very foolish indeed.

Soooo many "egg hunts", wonder if kids are tired of them!

But you didn't have to participate in all the ones you mentioned. There were other opportunities for our kids as well, but we said no, we're having one egg hunt at home. Everyone has a choice as to what they do and don't do. -

We hid 145 eggs for 5 kids and they hunted after lunch in the rain. They had a blast. -
Firemen are insane. Appreciated? Certainly!!!! But to choose to run into a burning building........I don't think so. THANK YOU FIREMEN FOR DOING A JOB I SIMPLY COULD NOT DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll admit to hoarding certain things or at least I think it may be. In the past 3 weeks Publix has had 3 GREAT BOGO offers. Blue Plate Mayo, which is my favorite, Luzianne tea, and Purex 100 oz laundry detergent. Over the course of that time, I ended up with 14 jars of mayo, 14 boxes of tea and 22 bottle of detergent. And to top it off, I had coupons for the tea and detergent. The tea ended up being around $1.20 a box and the detergent was $2.50 per bottle. However, I'm not the person who empties the shelves to satisfy my wants. I buy a few at a time over the course of the sale and save

Are you even making any sense?

So, I guess if an UNINSURED driver plowed into your vehicle causing damage and injury, you'd applaud them for not abiding by the law and having liability ins. because it's a some sort of racket? Liability is the ONLY vehicle ins required and it's to protect innocent victims from idiots who don't have ins. And that's a bad thing how? If you could count on people to do the right thing, it wouldn't be a law. DUH!

This statement is absurd. Of course no one needs a piece of paper to be in love, but most want it. And it's just plain wrong that the government and religion dictates who can and can't have that paper. And it's not just about paper, it's about inheritance taxes, end of life decisions, etc. If you have a 'committed' relationship with another person for any length of time, you die, leave them all of your money and property, the taxes will eat you alive without that piece of paper. It's wrong. NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON HAS THE RIGHT TO TELL ANOTHER PERSON WHO THEY CAN LOVE AND MARRY. Most people in l -

I'll bet you already know that some would rather have a heterosexual abusive couple raising a child than a loving gay couple. Sad but true. And I'm with you about 24/7 gay coverage, I'm not seeing it. I do think that if you are more sensitive to a particular issue, whatever that issue is for whatever reason, you become fixated on it and that's all you hear.
