I will say that we use CFL's in the garage door openers. The vibration of the doors going up and down so often, break the filaments in the incandescent bulbs in just a few days.

Me too! They have boxes of 16 (I think) at Home Depot for $4.97 and I buy 2 or 3 at a time in 40 and 60 watt. I LOVE the 3 way bulbs too 50/100/150!!

I keep hearing on the news that the crazy a$$ mother of the Boston bombers may come to America. She clearly doesn't like America and keeps insisting that her sons are victims of our government and that they're innocent and they've been framed. Why would she be allowed to come here? The oldest son was apparently on the phone with her during the shoot out where he was killed. How do we know that she didn't know what their plan was? She needs to stay the He!! at home.

Go to Expedia.com, find a nice hotel at a reduced price in Atlanta, check in, go swimming, laze around. There are tons of things to do in Atlanta and tons of restaurants that don't cost an arm and a leg. Take a Segway tour, the most fun ever. Have a picnic at Piedmont park or Centennial Olympic park. Go to the Botanical Gardens. Hubby and I got a king room at the Intercontinental Hotel, 4 stars, on Peachtree st in Buckhead for May 10th for $109.00 plus tax. They usually got for more than $400.00 a night. Let us know what you decide.

I read on Comcast this morning that she has cancelled all of her appearances to promote her new movie, Mud. Jimmy Fallon, GMA and several others. I'll bet her publicist is earning his/her money right about now.

No kiddin'. Not only that, but it really makes me question their sanity when they will spill those beans to someone they are trying to sell something to, they didn't know me from Adam. People are fools. We were at Lowes 2 weeks ago looking to buy a dishwasher. Hubby and I were talking about going to the range the next morning while we were looking at all the different choices and the man in the appliance dept. came up and started talking about dishwashers as well as guns.
