I often wonder why people take over bad restaurants. Unless you advertise out the ying yang, the customers who were dissatisfied at the prior establishment will never go back, tell all their friends and they won't go and you're stuck with a business with no customers.

That has been our experience. My son-in-law had to have emergency surgery several years ago and he had no ins. He was put on Medicaid in record time, seriously in 2 days, and had surgery.
