The flavors have the nicotine too, if you order them with nicotine in them. Like I said, you can go with or without. There are also different strengths of nicotine you can order, so if you smoke a lot, you would order "high" strength. If you want to ultimately quit, you can move down through medium, low, and then eventually NO nicotine. He said it's 31" tall... It looks like there is a valve of some sort on the left side of the thing at the bottom. And it looks like a brush on the opposite side of the valve that would brush the part that turns. So is it possible that some sort of hose could be hooked to the valve side to feed something (paint maybe?) over to the brush that would distribute it across the pegs on the wheel?
