I'm not surprised that he won...I am just surprised that Time Magazine is still around and in print. It actually makes sense to put him on the cover, 40something million people voted for him...that's a lot of issues they could possibly sell to those folks.

We had a stopped water meter on our rental property for 5 years, reported it a few times, finally gave up on it. They did eventually come out and replace it. I guess it is cheaper to let a family have free water over the cost of minimum than it would be to send a crew out to dig up and replace a water meter.

Sadly...nothing There are just evil people in this world who have intentions of hurting and killing others. If this were a mom and pop establishment, the OP may have a point when it comes to abusing their generosity. However, this is a national chain that probably does this all over the nation. I drove to Washington DC this past October. I am not a really a lead foot anymore, but I think everybody tends to speed a little on long trips. I was forwarned by a friend of mine to watch your speed very closely driving on any interstate in Virginia. Driving just 3 - 4 miles over the speed limit makes it seem like you will never get there, but after seeing the third car within 20 miles of the Virginia state line pulled over for speeding...I managed to find a XM station I could enjoy listening to while I watched the pine trees go by for what seemed like a 1000 miles.
