I was expecting the same. I was really expecting a lot of drama before they got him. I am SO glad it did not turn out that way.

My dog hasn't had a reason the grieve, but if she doesn't get her way she will lay down and cry. She will not make a single sound, but she looks real sad and has tears coming out of her eyes, no joke. About 6 months after I got her, I came down with a stomach virus. She stayed with me in bed all day and never left my side. When hubby got home from work, he tried to get her to go eat and drink, but she refused to leave the bed. My MIL had a dog when my husband and I were dating. She had to take the dog to the vet because she wouldn't eat and was just laying around all day for several days.

There was a house in my subdivision listed for rent at $1100 a month. In two weeks time it was rented out. We don't rent and pay half that for our mortgage.

SEVERE WEATHER POSSIBLE TODAY........TORNADO WARNING

Glad to know I'm not the only one. As long as everybody is home, I'm fine. Just hope hubby gets home before it gets bad. Last storm we had I was home with my 3 boys by myself through the first part when it started getting bad. I was scared to death. Luckily, I was only home with the kids by myself for a few minutes before hubby got home. -
Note to self.... Stay out of this topic! I still love Aero Smith. They are still my fav. band..LOL

Question about Biltmore Estate in N.C.
blondchevygrl replied to blondchevygrl's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Thank you for all the helpful replies. We are thinking we can head out the evening before and spend the night. That way we will have more time to enjoy the estate. We both LOVE historic sites, museum, anything in that genera. We are hoping to have enough time to hit a few places on the way back home as well. When we go to Stone Mountain, our favorite part is the planation houses. We are planning to go back to Stone Mountain this summer while school is out. Our boys love it too. My you youngest is the type that will sit and talk to you about history ALL day. Last year, we went to Chat -
Our anniversary is next month and we are seriously thinking about going to N.C. and tour the Biltmore Estate. Does anyone know of any discounts, coupon codes, whatever for the tour or maybe hotel? The Biltmore website says if you order your tickets online, you get $15 off. But, I was trying to see if I could find them cheaper. Also, has anyone ever been and how was it?

Urgent Care is the same way. Hubby had to go to Urgent Care and he filed his bc/bs insurance only to find out several months later, Urgent Care is not covered through bc/bs. He had to pay $250 out of pocket. Urgent Care told him if he had not filed his insurance it would have been $85 out of pocket.

Mine is The Proposal. I think it is hilarious! Hubby and I had a date night went out to eat and to the theater to watch The Proposal. He liked it as much as I did.

We use AVG and haven't had any problems.

Luckily, after my MIL moved out of our house, she moved back to Conyers. My husband and I will be married 21 years next month and she still introduces me to people as "her son's wife." Hubby's sister is the same way. She introduces me as "her brother's wife." The rest of hubby's family introduce me as part of the family. His aunts and uncles call me their niece and his grandma calls me her granddaughter. I even call his grandma, grandma.

Hubby and I were watching an episode of "Roseanne" yesterday. Her mother was wanting to move close to them so she could "keep an eye on things." I told hubby that sounds just like his mom he said it sure did...LOL

I feel your pain. About 6 years ago, my MIL moved in with us. She would tell my boys to go do this or go do that when my husband and I were not around. My boys would tell her, our parents do not let us do that. She would tell my boys," It's ok. They won't know." Of course, my boys would not do what she was telling them because they knew they weren't allowed. She also tried to tell us how to manage our finances, although we were not having any problems and were managing just fine. We were renting a house at the time and were not allowed to have inside pets. She had a dog she found on the side o

We had Comcast for our home line. I had it disconnected and we got a Straight Talk home line. It's $15 a month for unlimited service local and long distance. We've had it for a couple of months now and can't tell a difference between Straight Talk or ATT or Comcast.

Photo of Infant left Alone in Locked Car

Dang, and I got my kids out of the car just to pay for gas until they were older I'd make them get out and go in with me. Funny story, a friend of mine's oldest son was about 3 months old and she was pumping gas, he was in his car seat inside the car. He kicked the lock on the door and locked the doors, then she realized she had left the keys in the car. She had to call the police to break into her car...LOL It was her first child, and we ALL learn A LOT with our first. Luckily, her son is older than my oldest, so I learned lessons from things she told me. -
I am SO HAPPY to hear the great comments about Dallas Tire! My hubby works there and has been there for almost 20 years!!! Thank you for the recommendation!!

Dr. Jack Miller in Carrollton evaluated my son. I think he has an office in Villa Rica now too. He is AWESOME! He takes most insurance.

I surly hope she does not have to go back. The investigators botched up the evidence and just pointed their finger at Amanda to place blame. They do not know who committed the murder.
