Contact the Animal Shelter (770-445-1511) and let them know you found a dog. They can look and see if a lost report was filled out and hook you up! Hope you find the owners (and hope this is the missing dog).

Depends on what we order and length of time to deliver (how far) --- but generally anywhere from 12-20% of bill, usually comes out about the same amount as you have stated ($2-5+)
