you can do a word scrabble and see who gets done faster.... just for added fun get everyone to guess the weight/length and birth date if its not scheduled

Have a bag full of baby items.....pacifer/bottle/bib/diaper and so on...dump it on the table for like 30 seconds and then pick it up and see who saw and wrote down the most items. You can taste the babyfood....guess the melted chocolate bar in the diaper lol that ones if funny.... or everybody gets a clothes pin and everybody has to NOT say baby, if you say it give the person that heard it your pin and who has the most wins! I could go on and on lol
