  1. Thinking of you and hubby and sending prayers for a quick and easy surgery. I agree, He is in control.
  2. Use as many natives as possible, less work and little or no training. Here is the web site for UGA and a description of some natives. Hope this helps. Native Plants of Georgia Some of my personal favorites are Dogwood, Buckeye and native Azaleas. You can never go wrong with Day Lilies, they love the Georgia weather. Just depends on what "look" you want. Good luck.
  3. Give them a call, all it's going to cost (for the inspection) is your time.
  4. Well.........have you got about 6 hours. Seriously I had another event that evening You shouldn't have told her. No one was supposed to know.
  5. Claimed on your 2009 return if a home was purchased in 2009? If it's purchased in 2010, it will be need to be claimed in 2010 or can it also be claimed in 2009?? Just need clarification.
  6. Praying for you and your hubby LR. May God guide the skillful hands of that surgeon to give your hubby the relief he needs. We'll be thinking of you. (((hugs)))
  7. It was a waste of taxpayer dollars, I don't care how low budget it was. I don't even think it delivered the intended message..........
  8. No dreams lately, I think my hard drive is overloaded and complete crash is eminent.
  9. I understand that, and you understand that Pubby but did the folks that really need to understand that get it?? Was the ad worth the 2.5 million, I think not. Ed Begley, Jr. made some $, that guy is a total idiot. But according to some it created jobs, so that should justify it, right.
  10. Dang, I though you'd be more excited than that :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo:
  11. Don't know but keeping it up close to the top for you.
  12. He about walked that one over. They're still a field goal ahead even it the Colts score anther touchdown, they'll score again.
  13. She passed the test so she learned from someone. I think the only thing that helps from this point forward is experience. I remember the first time I drove on the expressway, I was scared to death and I had my license for 3 years already.
  14. Not 100, yet. I love these songs..............they were better the first time around though.
  15. Not necessarily something to hide. If they have sold many properties, they might not see the need for an agent. But yes, be careful and pay attention and don't forget about easements and right of ways. If you get to choose the closing attorney, it should be no problem.
  16. So I hear she is in charge of the Boy Scout District Banquet, quite a challenge!! Congrats and Good Luck, you certainly have the ability to make it the best ever!!!
  17. I heard he was ready to retire. If he's not available PM me, I know another great one.
  18. Nope my sister that lives in NO would kill me if I didn't root for the Saints. My parents however are all about the Colts. Gonna be a great game!! :yahoo: We're having chicken tenders with wing sauce, salsa and chips, antipasto tray and if I get off my duff and make some guacamole I won't have to discard the avocados that are ripe. Enjoy all!!!
  19. Jim Talley, he's a good closing attorney and a great person. Absolutely love him!!
  20. We did this with our land, used owner financing, we were property virgins as well. Built the house and paid off the land, it was a great experience. Just use a good closing attorney (seller and buyer used the same one but he was our attorney at the time), make sure they do a title search and it shouldn't be a problem.
