First congratulations to your stepdaughter. Get her a Visa gift card. Scrubs are expensive and she may have to wear a specific color at her job.

Want to replace the stereo in hubby's truck for a Christmas present. He has a 2002 Chevy Silverado, and the current factory system is just wearing out. Anyone used any local places that were reasonably priced on the equipment and installation? Thanks in advance!!

I think I read somewhere the cost was close to $700 million AND they had 3 1/2 years to design the site. -
when will they be mailed or available online?

Greystone's version is called levelized billing. It differs from budget billing. Your payment can and will actually vary from month to month. They take your current bill amount, add the previous 11 months and divide by 12. Mine varies about $30 to $40 from summer months to winter months. My acutal bill was around $250 and my levelized payment is $169.

Had one last year. Never had pain like that. Dr told me the worst thing you can drink is iced tea. Water is the best thing to drink, add some lemon to it. Never thought about Chick fil A lemonade though..

Flex - all funds to be paid in during the year are available on day one, use it or lose it, no interest. HSA - bank account - can only use what is in the acct, rolls over from one year to the next, interest bearing and I believe at age 65 the funds can be used for anything. Hope this helps some.

I remember going out that night and just looking at the sky. How still everything was. This is one of the events everyone will remember exactly what they were doing at the time. Like Pearl Harbor for my mother's generation, JFK's assaination, the explosion of the Challenger....

I know I am going to get hammered but I feel teens should not be able to get a license until they turn 17. Learners could be gotten as early as 15. Must have a learners for 12 months, so as long as they got their learners by 16, they would be able to get a license at 17. I made my daughter wait until she was 17.

The most tragic story on the news ever.....

I was 4 or 5 cars behind this vehicle. I had just seen the truck, you couldn't miss it with the amount of smoke coming from it, and then saw the flying debris. The truck was in one of the 2 right lanes on the eastbound side. There were truck parts in 3 of the westbound lanes. Almost ran over debris in the left lane and actually saw the gears laying in one of the other lanes. I didn't know anyone had been killed as I passed by.I got a sick feeling in my stomach, I just knew it was really bad from the damage I could see on the SUV. An Xpress bus blocked off 3 westbound lanes to stop th -

Accident at Senator Rd & Bakers Bridge
fastpitchmom replied to fastpitchmom's topic in RECENT TOPICS
The light is definitley needed, I travel that road every week day on my way to work. I can't tell you how many times someone making a left from Senator to Bakers Bridge has pulled out in front of me. The short turning lane doesn't help either. If 2 cars are coming down the road and the 1st car hits their blinker to turn left on Senator, a lot of times the car at the sign will just go ahead make a left onto Bakers Bridge, not paying attention to the speed of both cars or even if the 2nd car is turning or not. -
I came through that intersection around 9 this morning. A car had hit a motorcycle at this intersection. At that time, the man on the bike was still laying in the the road being attended by a deputy with the PSCD. No other emergency services had gotten there yet. Does anyone know how the guy on the bike is? The driver and maybe the passenger of the car looked to be ok, they were sitting on the curb
