Whatever, FW! Your interpretation is all that matters; does it not? -
I Took A Course In E-Commerce Law, And Only Made "B"

I like common law because of it's age old concepts. It was established in England. Justice Douglas's opinion in 1841: Penny v. Little [4 Ill. 301 (IL 1841)] "The common law is a beautiful system, containing the wisdom and experiences of ages. Like the people it ruled and protected, it was simple and crude in its infancy and became enlarged, improved, and polished as the nation advances in civilization, virtue, and intelligence. Adapting itself to the conditions and circumstances of the people and relying upon them for its administration, it necessarily improved as the condition of th -

I couldn't take all of the libelous slander, I was dishing out, FW, and I don't go back for the punishment, any more. -

Just because there are stupid conservatives, FW, doesn't mean they are all stupid. And, I didn't personalize anyone as being stupid. If a person has a collective identities with stupidity that is their choice. I am not calling either of their personalities stupid. BTW, Thanks for talking to me, FW! I appreciate you. -
Does A Lawyer Have To Be Paid For Advice

What happened to my post, regarding law? Where is everybody? Is nobody replying for what reason? I spelled a lot of words right, why do I get so much attention for the few I spelled wrong? Thanks, e_m, for talking to me like I have a little bit of sense. Thank you very much! -

I'm trying my best to keep this from being a spelling contest, or leading off into oblivion because of personal interests not pertaining to the law. If you are interested in style, you should start your own thread, because my style is not being able to spell. -

Sure did, VP! My college professor suggested that I go back to grammar school, because I couldn't spell s***. -
I am starting another thread, about Law, because of it's importance. The other thread, kinda went away from law, and got onto the price of it. That's my fault, of course, but another thread on law won't hert a thing, in my opinion. I studied Contemporary Business & E-Commerce Law, at Paulding County Chattahoochee Tech. I studied hard, but was unable to make an "A". I learned, though, that the Law is very important. Business has a bunch of wolves in sheep's clothing in the network. Has anyone else studied Contemporary Business & E-Commerce Law, by Henry R. Cheesem

I try to do the best I can to avoid professional services, because of the vast expense associated with the Cadillac prices, while I have only a rattletrap mouth. That is why discussions of this nature are so important to me. I get more from my p.com friends than I do from Cadillac priced professionals. Some professionals might even be communicating with me, and it sounds like some of my P.com friends are quiet professional. -

The world is a better place to live, Bw, thanks to this relative of yours. He/she, has suffered for us all. Nevertheless, the woman who sued the Mall, because she was sending a text message when she fell into the Mall Fountain is not doing what your relative does, I suppose. This Mall sewing woman certainly doesn't need to be driving a car with her cell phone anywhere near her. -

What kind of duty do do posters, and repliers, owe to society? How do wrong doers make amends to the people they owe a duty to. Do internet crimes rely only on age old laws, or are laws of recent origin considered in new cases? I don't think there is a limit; are there? I sue as often as I see fit. And, I din't care about the money, but it could come in handy! -
Does A Lawyer Have To Be Paid For Advice

I have gotten very little money, in any case I have won. I have gotten judgment that look good in my drawer, but I was unable to collect a penny, on. I just feel that Sir William Blackstone was right when he said: "It is better that ten guilty persons escape, than that one innocent suffer." -
If a lawyer gives a person advise; are they just doing it in an attempt to get work? How does it work? I know lawyers advertise, but are they actually that much like a corporation? Does a lawyer have to see $$$$ before they will take a case? Do some lawyers take cases for principal, rather than whether insurance, or a rich person is involved? I have found representation, in matters of law, to be very expensive, and I'm just wondering if it is more about money, than it is about principal.

You caught me, rays, posting in the wrong thread. I meant to put this in the label thread. Thank you, for drawing it to my attention. I posted it and got to doing something else, and may not have noticed.

I know enough about the law to know you have come to the point of not beating around the bush, here, because what you say is ABSOLUTELY right. People identify themselves under their screen names, and a personal attack on their post, or reply, is covered under Pubby's rules. But, internet law is being produced, more and more, as we speak. No matter what Pubby does, people can find out who's who, on a public forum. If there is no law to protect a person, outside the P.com bullet law, it could be a dangerous situation. Children have committed suicide without the right to do so, because of th -
James Wilson, U.S. Supreme Court Justice and professor of law at the University of Pennsylvania, in 1790 and 1791, undertook a survey of the philosophical grounds of American property law. He proceeds from two premises: “Every crime includes an injury: every injury includes a violation of a right.” (Lectures, III, ii.) To narrow down the rights of a person into real estate or tangible personal property, would be to deny that common rights even exists. It seems to me that a person has rights, even in public.

The scientific consensus on climate change is that global warming is occurring and is mainly due to human activity. However, political and public debate continues regarding the reality and extent of global warming and what actions (including economic ones), to take in response. Numerous authors, including several scholars, have asserted that some conservative think tanks, corporations and business groups have engaged in deliberate denial of the science of climate change since the 1990s. On the other hand, some commentators have criticized the phrase as an attempt to make skeptical views illegi

I am not a lawyer. Civil rights law may be what covers what I'm talking about, as for as I know. Nevertheless, my personality is my personal property. It is more important than my estate property. Just because I am not a lawyer I should not be called a fool. If I represented myself, in court, I would indeed have a fool for a client; in THAT CASE. I can tell you are a man of caliber, e_m, because I have read many of your posts and replies. I wan't even claim the hierarchy you have developed in your life. You may be more intelligent than a common lawyer, as for as I know. I just know you -

I don't isolate general statement, in any manner, unless it leads to a personal good feeling. Trying to narrow my words down to a possible personal attack, is not something I will go along with. If am talking about he real world, in my opinion. The real world will be decided based on a Jury decision, in court, but my opinion regarding the real world may be somewhat different than yours. I appreciate this good debate, in my opinion! -
Thank you for enjoying my humor, LPPT! I like to make you laugh. And, yes; I washed my hands, immediately.

He Who Seeks For Applause Only From Without

That is exactly right, e_s! Thank you for adding that. I don't get personal with anyone, unless I am saying something good about them. If I want to say something that may hurt a person I talk in general. And, if a person can't find something good to say about me, I would advise them not to say anything about me. With that said, a person who feel I am talking about them is free to feel that way. Some people squirm around on the church bench, on Sunday, because they feel that the preacher is talking about them. -
I just discovered, LPPT, a new coupon, myself! It was trailing along behind me when I left the bathroom. I picked it up and couldn't read what it said, because of all the sheeze on it.
