Trespass is the issue, and O.C.G.A 51-9-10 may have to be used to signify the best defense against Trespass against common rights. I don't want to take a case to court. I am just saying there are laws against malice against people on a personal basis.

I am not a lawyer, LPPT, but laws are written to be clear and not overly broad in their meaning so people are able to understand them.
