  1. GA Sheriff "Bill Smith" bought a Dodge Viper, for himself, that made the Batmobile look like an old Volkswagon, for $90,000 in civil forfeture moneys.
  2. Paranoia is a conservative trait, G D, and Pubby is not very conservative. People who belong to the NRA, and like to keep a hand gun handy, are much more paranoid than Pubby is.
  3. The only $kit, Chester, is so conservative that it can be wiped off, and kicked to the side.
  4. Back in 2011 there was a video in regard to Law Enforcement's refusal to report civil forfiture items. and money. I certainly hope progress has been made in stopping the public from being kept in the dark. Georgia has a D minus in upholding forfiture laws. Are they just simple thief, and highway robbers?
  5. Just be careful with your cars, ABR! Tampa police likes to collect them, and sell them at auction. Tampa seized car auctions have become well known for having bargains galore. The reason that Tampa Bay offers so many great deals, is because they hold a large number of seized car auctions from a variety of sources. Some auctions are held by the Federal government, while others are smaller auctions with cars that were seized by local police. The US Marshal’s services is one of the most well-known Federal government agencies to consistently hold auto auctions in the Tampa Bay area. O
  6. I've never been there, R's M, but I wouldn't mind going one day! And, of the 40 views you've had on this topic, it appears that nobody else has either. Maybe they just wanted to read rather than type a response.
  7. You don't mind being searched, because you trust that you are within the law, and are NOT a crook. Well, THINK AGAIN. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a_wqxHXILAg Interdiction is a helliva thing, and allowing your vehicle to be serched can lead to forfiture of your stuff. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hSA_M5izvaI
  8. Happy Birthday, Lo! I hope you have candy and cake today, Baby, cause that's what I think of when I think of you. Suger and Spice, and Everything Nice, is like kissing you twice! I can be smart, and I can be wise, but when you roll those 'rolly poley' jellybean eyes, I shiver and shake, that my heart would just break, if some other Love should rob me of my candy and cake. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B3ujKA-Nk7I
  9. If you're judgment proof, Lo, you can dismissm it yourself, and there is nothing can be done to collect it. So, the debt is dismissed.
  10. A lot less government, and much more family value, is what the present congress has been up to.
  11. Planet Selfishness, Pubby! "The modern conservative [and, I would say, the human supremacist] is engaged in one of man’s oldest exercises in moral philosophy; that is, the search for a superior moral justification for selfishness." —John Kenneth Galbraith http://www.alternet.org/books/conservative-belief-human-supremacy-destroying-our-planet
  12. I've been sending Hillary all I can afford, for her campaign, which is not much. But, The Supreme Court opend up enough help without my little bit, and I'm glad. I voted for Obama twice, sent him a little money, and I won my vote both times. I don't plan on losing my vote for the third time, come Nov..
  13. How is it that a killer is out on bond? Anybody that would shoot an unarmed man, who was simply leaving from where he had been, in the head, is a killer. A police officer has training in how to hit his/her target. I saw another case, on the news this evening, where a cop just opened the door of his patty wagon, reach in and pepper sprayed a handcuffed prisoner, and simply shut the door. Why do they have to kill, like this?
  14. What it the difference, G D? If there is a difference in talking about politics, and citizens activities and interests, there should be a way to determine when a post should be moved to a political form. I've heard you say, it's politics, so why is it not in the political forum? Have a good, and peaceful night, G D!
  15. Perhaps, G D! But, what is political, other than to talk about citizens, their actions, their beliefs, their system of family control, which is to say they control other citicens, or at least coach them as in a teem, like a governing situation. What is it? When you accuse one of my threads of being about politics, what is it that makes it politics, or makes it not politics?
  16. Everything that has anything to do with the citizens of Paulding county, any other county, the state of Georgia, any other state, the United states, or any other nation, it's politics, G D! It you say anything about me, and the way I conduct myself, it's politics, because I'm a citizen. When you talk about Pubby's business, or his site, that's politics. People can't take any public actions without it being politics. Tell me, G D; what is not politics? To govern is politics, G D! Do you control yourself, or anyone else? That is governing. Tou can't talk about your mama'

  18. A grand jury on Wednesday indicted a white former Atlanta police officer for murder and other counts in the death of an unarmed black man. The Fulton County grand jury indicted James Burns on charges of felony murder, aggravated assault, making a false statement and two counts of violation of oath of office in the June 22 killing of 22-year-old Deravis Caine Rogers, according to defense attorney Drew Findling. Burns has been out on bond since his arrest. Burns was responding to a call about a suspicious person. Prosecutors said Burns fired into Rogers' vehicle, even though Burns wasn't in da

  20. There's going to be more than the 30,000 e-mails to come out, before November. https://www.washingtonpost.com/posteverything/wp/2016/07/27/by-november-russian-hackers-could-target-voting-machines/?utm_term=.7a4ded3a5180
  21. My sister-in-law, and her family, are getting ready, Lo! She said it's already raining, while they are still making things as safe as possible. They have a secure School building that they will be going to, which is close to them. They live in Christial River. A couple of hours ago, out in the Gulf:
  22. Holding the powerful accountable is a good thing. Why would we not want them to be hrld accountable? I think even officers of the law would like to see the powerful held accountable, instead of so many of them being criticised by the citizenship.
