We are having a peaceful rain, here in Woodstock, and it made me listen to this song. When it's raining the lion sleeps.

Maybe I can get out and plant my Fesque, if we start getting some rain. I've been holding off. Woodstock is wet, Lo! BTW. did you see the moon last couple of nights, or three? I also went to Louisiana, for some polk salid, and carried you with me. But, it was all in my dreams.

I think the invironmental affect of 250,000 gasllons of gasolene is under estimated, in this topic, when it is said that the economic effect is all the damage that was done. Residents of the communities nearest to the site of a Shelby County pipeline leak that has released more than 250,000 gallons of gas into the environment say they are worried about the potential for the gas to cause damage to their health and homes. I think it was oil, but refined oil. I really don't know the chemical componants. It is a bad situation for us, though! My posts brings out more spellers, and correctors, than it does anybody who is interested in the situation, R's M!. State of emergency declared after crucial oil pipeline leaks 250,000 gallons in Alabama

A state of emergency has been declared in rural Shelby County, Ala. A section of the Colonial Pipeline, which runs from Houston to New York, has been closed since Sept. 9 after a spill of roughly 250,000 gallons. The major pipeline, one pipe of which has been severed, provides gasoline for an estimated 50 million people on the East Coast each day, according to company estimates. The cause of the leak has yet to be determined, according to the company’s most recent statement. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&cad=rja&uact

That is a scary thing to me, Jamie, but when you don't know somethingn you don't worry about it. But here is Georgia you can live close to someone who knows they are spreding salmonella poison in the peanut butter. It makes me wonder about living close to peanut butter people.

TJB, I think you always tell the truth. Why do I think that? Well it's because you never have to remember anything. HAPPY BIRTHDAY

I think things are getting better, but still, it seems that people don't want to talk about things that were supressed years ago, and still may be supressed, a lot, when it comes to Black Lives Mattering. All lives matter, and it seems that leather force is being used more, around here, than in other civilized countries.

I've noticed a trend, here on P.com, that seems to be the norm, now. I don't care what the discussion is, there seems to be more out of town spectators than in town commentators. It makes me wonder how serious of an affect enlarged amygdalas can result in a fear, and anxiety, that keeps people from talking about serious issues. Do people sweep things under the rug, around here, I wonder? Had they rather live in a world where there is only milk and honey to deal with? Maybe not, maybe it's because home towners are so disappointed that they hide somewhere.

Happy Birthday CreativeOne! I have always liked what you call yourself, even though I don't know much about you. I can imagine that you are, indeed, creative. I like people with creative ideas. That is one reason I want you to have a Happy Birthday. See if you can create some more CreativeOne's.

I used to go to school, right here in Georgia, and I have noticed that I was not taught some of the history from nearby cultures. It seems that some of our history was supressed, and we were only taught what somebody, in authority, wanted us to learn rather than the whole truth. I have read some history, in the last few years, from Sanford Florida, and I won't even go into that, because everybody knows about old Zimmo, and his activities down in Sanford. But, there is some history from that area, that I am just now reading, at 71 years old. It seems, to me, that no matter how mush su

North Carolina Losing 7 Championship Events. "OUCH!"
Eddie Bennett replied to Eddie Bennett's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Oh there are reasons, mh, and none of the reasons are because anyone is trying to bring the state of North Carolina to heel for no other reason than simply because they can! -
I like Hillary haters. A lot of my friends, and family, hate Hillary, but I still like them. There is a benefit, politically, to their hatred. I get to feel upity, upity, among my piers. Other than that, I feel compassion for them, and I feel stronger that I am able to understand their ways, and not attack their personalities. No matter how much they hate Hillary, she is going to be President of this country, just like Obama has been for nearly 8 years.

Not being able to compromise, and hanging onto obsiolete behaviors, is being too conservative, in my book. I am very conservative, as a white Georgian. It is my education that causes me to think in ways other than a traditional white Georgian. I found it so interesting, back in the late 1940's, and up until now, that my family and friends had the traditions they had. I started thinking, during my studies, that just because I lived in Georgia (Ancient Rome sort of) that I didn't have to do what Georgian's (Ancient Roman's so to speak) did. Talk about rules, and regulations, I -
ATLANTA - A FOX 5 I-Team investigation has found a state agency sent a cease and desist letter to a powerful State Senator. A Labor Department official caught Governor Deal's floor leader, Senator Butch Miller, using state property without approval or payment to the state. Brinkley Serkedakis, director of Common Cause, a good government group, says “It seems like a sweet deal for someone in public life. For someone to receive this asset for free.” Do we need the Ethics Commissioner we had, back in office? You know the one who lost her job, and who tax payers had to pay nearly $2 milli
