So, if she has been with them since July, she COULD be eligible for it?? I don't think it is a layoff as much as just the company she is assigned to from the staffing company will be closed for the holiday.
-
The staffing ppl told her to call the DOL, which she did and no one answered so she tried to send an email to DOL. Now she waits..... I told her I would see if anyone on her knew to help her know to panic or not with her bills

Dear hubby called me just as I was dropping off the daughter at school to tell me that he was stuck in traffic on 61 going from Dallas TO Cartersville... It took him almost 2 hours to travel what should have taken only 30min . He was finally able to turn himself around and go the long way to work. Rumor has it the accident would have the stretch of 61 closed for a while. Ambulance driver said it would probably take a bit to get it all cleaned up. Hubby said he could see what looked like a white care that had been "Fubared"... Wow!! What a morning. Anyone know other details? Prayers for all

Hmm.. Not sure. But I can say that if you are looking for a good Fuel-Additive that will help you get better Gas mileage and prolong engine life, Try XFT (Xtreme Fuel Treatment). We have used this additive for a while now. I drive from Dallas to Atlanta everyday and I have noticed a 22% increase in my gas mileage within a 3mo period. This stuff is the bomb-diggity. If you are interested, Check out this site: http://xtreme11.goxft.com No Joke, this stuff is actually really worth it! You can also PM me and I can pass the message to my hubby who is a distributor and user. I thought

I think the age to carry rule may be different if the restaurant is inside the city limits... At least that is what a friend told me. -

Yes, Sal's will now be serving Alcohol. A friend of mine has a daughter who works there (for now). Unfortunately for any teens looking for a job there... they are looking to replace all staff under 18 with those over 21 due to this new service.
