All is taken care of..thank goodness! Owners called hubby this morning and wallet is safely back in his hands.

thank you...we have a few people who knew the former owner and they are trying to get in touch with him to see if he has the new owners contact information. Its horrible to have to sit and wait...he's been watching his bank account and credit card all day to make sure no one picked it up yesterday afternoon..so far nothing. He was the last person in the place so he is pretty confident it is still where he left it.

the new owners of what used to be called Sports Arama..which I think now is called Sluggers ally, I desperately need to get in touch with them. Hubby was there yesterday right when they closed and he left his wallet there. The sign says they don't re-open till 3 tomorrow. Hubby can't work without his license! He has to have his drivers license and his work license to operate his commercial vehicle. We have called and left a couple voicemails on the answering machine there but no one has called back yet. If anyone has a way of contacting the owner and get him in touch with me we would be

I think there was only one. In front of the racetrac. There were kids in the car from what my techs told me. He only saw one in a car seat...I told him the news had said 3 children. Wrecks in general are horrible no matter who is involved, but it really pulls at my heart strings when I hear children being involved. Praying for that family and the other family involved as well.

Two of my techs was at the light this morning when this happened. They told me it was a horrible wreck with children involved. He said the image is something he won't soon forget. He called me to see if I had heard if the kids were ok, he was very worried about them. I hope and pray for this family and those precious children.

I have always heard these things about kids when they hit the teen years...I have to say I am a very lucky mom as my 16 year old daughter has never given me any trouble what so ever. We have had our little tiffs every now and then, but nothing that isn't settled right away. Now my 13 year old son...he is gonna be the death of me...lol not behavior wise, school wise..he just doesn't dig it............at all! Sorry MLMP, your going through that..it stinks I know.

I was always one to stay on top of my kids behavior in public. They were to act civilized when eating out. I was told several times how polite and quiet my kids were. One time I was eating lunch with a friend and her daughter and the friends daughter wanted to act out. I looked at mine and said you know better..but yet she still wanted to act silly. I quietly picked her up and we paid a visit to the restroom. She was told to stop acting like a wild animal or the next stop would be the car and a paddle. We went back sat down and she was fine after that. The friends daughter however di

For smelly garbage disposals, make sure that you clean the rubber stopper thoroughly and then pour a hot water, vinegar or baking soda mixture down the disposal. Lastly, you should grind up some lemon or orange rinds to give it an even cleaner smell. this is what we used to recommend when I worked for General Electric

Yes i get those feelings all the time and I really don't like them. I can remember as a teenager having those feelings about family members. When I was 17, I knew my grandmother had died before we ever got the phone call. It was crazy. I have had several other things like that happen in my lifetime with family. It's a horrible feeling and I can't stand when I get them. If I ever tell my family I have a bad feeling, they all cringe.

Bosses wife works for Mcd's and they got a note from corporate this morning regarding the store in Ringgold. Said the manager of that store is a hero. He heard the storm coming and gathered everyone in the store and got them into the walk in cooler. Just as he was about to shut the door, the storm hit and it grabbed the door to the walk in cooler and slammed it hard against his hand breaking his hand. But thanks to his quick thinking, that was the only injury. Many of the employees of the Mcd's in Ringgold lost their home according to the note from corporate. Another mcd's employee i
