Who did you use and how did it go ? There are about 10 houses in our s/d that have had their roof replaced in the last few weeks and they all used different companies. I'm interested in the after install service, if any is needed, and when they come to the door or call they say you don't even have to pay your deductible because they handle it all. I admit not being up on this process and don't want to use someone that is padding the bid and cause our rates to go up, using cheaper shingles that won't last as long or rush through to get on to the next job. We pulled out the kazillion boxes of Christmas stuff and are replacing the bulbs on the outside stuff. I noticed last year that we had quite a few bulbs that seemed to go out at the same time but I was too lazy to sit down and replace them then because I was glad to get it all packed back up. I have no clue what strand of lights these stupid replacement bulbs went to but the little bulb holders don't fit anything !! I am having to take the bulb out and replace them that way. Good golly that takes forever and it doesn't help that it's like trying to thread a tiny double eyed needl

Our kids are beagles so they are getting stuffed animals and squeaky toys. I'm looking for the 12" (softball size) hollow plastic balls that are solid with no holes in them like the wiffle balls. I know they have 4 legs but they are our kids and Christmas morning is our favorite time to give them new toys. We lay some stuffed "babies" on the lower limbs of the tree and put other things in bags with tissue paper. Our little beasties go nuts when we tell them to get up because Santa "paws" brought them some new babies. They both run to the livingroom and the madness starts with tissu

My sister and brother are 65 or older. One in Douglas County and Cobb County. Both went to their counties to take the H1N1 shot yesterday and were told they were only available up to age 64. Smyrna told my sister that the vaccines they had were only for people ages 2-24, she asked when it would be available for over 65 and was told they didn't know. It looks like it is going in phases. Does anyone know where the shot is available to everyone right now ? Their doctor offices do not have it either.

I have searched everywhere on the net for these two scents, does anyone have........... Cypress or Fig (not black fig, regular fig) I found fig a couple places but they either want way too much for them or they show unavailable. I thought I would take a shot in the dark and see if any pcommers have either of them they may want to sell. They are discontinued, I hate it when he does that !! Edited : I did find 1 Fig on Ebay but no Cypress.

I have seen both trucks & vans the last couple weeks for Samaritans Purse and the Billy Graham Crusades. You know these men and women have to be exhausted and it can't be very comfortable being away from home so long but they are still here working and blessing lives in our communities. I have always loved and respected Billy Graham and still watch some of the crusades from many years ago on TBN. I am so happy that Franklin, his son, has carried on the legacy of reaching out with much needed help and proving God's love and Grace is still available to all of us. With Samarit

I'm in my happy place, I love fall and winter.
