  1. Thanks, I was just being too impatient earlier so I waited until after dinner to try again.
  2. As we were leaving I did thank the Rescue team for what they do, those guys put themselves in a good bit of danger to save lives for a living. Such a cool looking job but I'm sure they see things they wish they hadn't sometimes.
  3. The Swift Water Rescue Team and air boats were on Hiram-Lithia Springs Road but we passed them several times today as they rushed to their next call.
  4. http://s950.photobucket.com/albums/ad344/c...mview=slideshow I hope this works
  5. I can't get any more to upload for some reason. I resized them but it says Upload failed, I guess I don't have enough space. Sorry guys.

We tried to get to Austell near the old stables but so many roads were closed w
  7. I tried a no bake one that I found on a kids cooking website, it was just p.nut butter and confectioners sugar. It was ok but I wouldn't do it again. It was very hard to mix and wasn't anywhere near as good as melting the chocolate or peanut butter.
  8. Thank you for replacing the brakes and rotors on my husbands truck, it was fast and convenient. I enjoyed talking with you and appreciate the great service and professionalism from you guys. Have a great day !!!
  9. We had road name nightmare's for the first 10 years here, seems there is a "pointe" and a "road" with the same street name within a mile of each other. Most all our mail had their written note "not right address" on them when we would get some of our mail 2-3 days later. For awhile we wouldn't even get monthly bills and had to keep a list on a calendar to call and see what we owed. It has finally gotten better so I really hope I don't jinx us by telling this......
  10. Thanks for the info. It says there are two dinner choices, one is Chicken and the other is Hickory Grilled Ribeye. I didn't know J&N had steaks but it does sound good. I'm glad it's not high pressure and I would like more savings ideas, our power bill kills us during the summer months.
  11. Jim & Nick's ? It's on Sept. 28th and says it's a presentation on how to save up to 45% on your utility bills. Does anyone know who it is giving the presentation?
  12. That was good timing I am past due for an oil change.
  13. I have two so far, we got them from LPPT at Paulding Meadows. I stopped by Brook's Salvage this morning but she said they don't have them there. Thanks
  14. Info. please. P.Com Bingo that is.............
  15. Lowrider, you are very welcome. I can't wait to see it finished and pics of him in it.
  16. Thank you Lord for the many blessings in our lives, even when we don't realize they were a blessing at the time.
  17. Do you pay your property taxes every year with a check or is it included in your monthly mortgage payment ? (Paid from escrow) This is that bill, it just looks a little different than the ones we see every year.
  18. I settled for a Food Lion brand banana split ice cream sandwich. The first one I ate a few days ago was ok but for some reason this post made the one I had tonight taste terrible.
  19. I haven't used the service but found their website. http://www.xpressga.com Customer Service # 404-463-4782 but it doesn't list their hours. I hope someone that knows more will see this and help you with more info.
  20. I used to fry bacon, sausage, potatoes with onions in it, cubed steak and gravy. Things I didn't want to cook on the stove because grease would splatter and things I wanted to simmer slowly with gravy. The little valve on top will let the steam escape without making anything battered soggy. I'm worse than Heathcliff Huxtable with kitchen gadgets. Deep fryers (3 sizes), crock pots, toaster oven, ice cream maker, rotisserie, etc. and my favorite little gadget is my zester. I have a coconut ginger chicken recipe and use it to zest the ginger. You should pull out your skillet and tr
  21. I love mine too. I can't imagine what our power bill would be in the summer if I turned on the regulasr oven to cook bread and quick stuff. It takes about 12 - 15 minutes to heat to temp and some things I'm heating up don't take that long. I do biscuits, rolls etc. every night in it and things like frozen pizzas, pizza rolls, bagels, warm tortillas and taco shells, heat up leftovers etc. but there's only two of us so it works great. I would love to buy an electric skillet again too, it's been years since I've had one of those. Do they still sell them ?
