We'll probably do some of both, bring food and use their food. It's probably a good thing to round out their diet as long as the food is allowed for them. If it made them ill or anything I would trust that they would state that or forbid exterior food. But you are right. In many cases, animals do not need a change in their diet. Thanks, guys. The email I got was from my neighbor who is coordinating the trip. She said she got the info off of their website. Unless they were concerned about pesticides, etc, I would think they would welcome fresh food at no expense to them. I'll recheck the website just to make sure. I don't guess we have apple trees producing locally right now. Oh well. I would've offered to come pick up all the rejects off the ground but I'm pretty sure it's not the season.

Except for the fact that he needs to be nowhere near animals. It would do him some good to be in a supervised environment where he could actually bond with animals and feel the true weight of what he has done....if he is even capable of that.
