Might be left over lighting from yesterday's function at the new hospital -- I know things were going well into the evening, and the field across from the hospital was used as parking.

Shuttle buses will be used for both....

Starts at 8:00am -- I would suggest getting there by no later than 7:30am....

Runners should park at Hiram High School at 702 Ballentine Drive, Hiram, GA 30141. Shuttles will be provided to take the race participants to the Starting Line, and back to the high school after the race. There will not be parking space available on the hospital grounds. The route will have an out and back portion on the Silver Comet Trail, then run up to the new hospital for the finish and festivities.

The South Paulding area happen to be where the chase ended -- it started in Villa Rica. It could have ended anywhere...it's not a reflection on the area it ended in. I'm thankful that the residents in the area, along with the students, teachers, and administrators of high school, middle and elementary school were safe.
