Sound guy You know better than that, I was really opposed to the fire tax levy because the levy gave the commission Chairman the right to raise the millage rates up to 5 mils without having public hearings on the issue. I have always felt that if there was a need for a tax increase then the Commission should hold public hearings on the issue. I really had no idea about the seedy side of Hapeville that you portray. How did you know? The part of Hapeville that I frequented was the area across from the old Ford plant.
