I have written Senator Heath a letter asking for the law that provided for a Airport authority in Paulding County. Hopefully that will provide enough information as to how this authority should be made up. And who gets to appoint who to this board. Two authorities in this County have their hands on Millions of County tax dollars.The IBA and the Paulding County airport authority. The airport/IBA is ran by a person that does not even pay taxes/or have voting rights in this county and is supported by others on this authorities who does not pay taxes/or have voting rites in this county

Pubby the best thing that can happen for all concerned is to put this to bed once and for all. The only person that has accused him publicly of having knowledge of the deal is David Austin and he said that in a Board of Commissioners meeting that was televised over the county TV channel. I know that David Carmichael was on the AA board at the time that they had the secret meeting and the secret off site.
