The only time the pro airport group is going to hold a town hall style meeting is when the FAA requires it. The leaders of that group like to meet early (before Day light) and out of town (Douglasville Georgia) for two days this past June. And not issue any minutes.... Here is my take on the businesses that are supporting the airport expansion..... I look for the little CC decal and then I ask if they support the airport expansion if they say yes I quietly leave if they say no I stay and shop/eat etc. I kept a copy of the full page ad that was distributed a while back and I show this to my family,friends and neighbors and let them decide if they want to do business with those that is supporting the airport. I hope the jobs in the hotels and the car rental business are not the good jobs you are talking about, Most of those jobs are minimum wage like the retail jobs.
