Fiesta Baked Pork Chops Submitted by Shannon Jackson (FL) Ingredients 2 tsp. Seasoned Salt 4 boneless pork chops 1 1/2 - 2 Tbsp. Fiesta Party Dip Mix™ 1/4 cup mayonnaise 3/4 cup sour cream 8 slices bacon Directions Season both sides of each pork chop with Seasoned Salt and than spread with prepared Fiesta Party Dip Mix™. Wrap each pork chop with 2 pieces of bacon; place in a greased 9 X 9 glass baking dish. Bake at 350° for 30-45 minutes or until juices run clear. Makes 4 servings.
