OK, Jordan is doing some online schoolwork and he has to pass these quizzes to get to the next level. I'm trying to help him with this one he is stuck on. We've looked each of these up and thought we had the right answers. Wrong. We've tried, tried and tried again. It doesn't tell you which ones you missed, just that you missed it. So we looked them up again and tried again and made an even lower grade. I GIVE UP!!!!! I need a match to the word TIA/This is 11th grade literature TONE MAIN IDEA POINT OF VIEW THEME AUDIENCE A. the aut

Jumping from a 2nd story window is not too bright. Broken bones but not death. And cutting off your johnson? Nothing but frustration. Yeah, I would say mental problems. Dang! -
LOL. He handles criminal cases. Mason is a good guy.

I would recommend Mason as well. He's a criminal attorney.

A while back I mentioned this. About a couple of years ago, I asked my grandson to sign something. He says "I can't write" and I said "What do you mean you can't write????". He said I never learned cursive, they don't teach it anymore. I was appalled and my mouth was open. How can you not write, everyone writes!!!! Well, not anymore. I asked him how in the world he took notes, and he said he prints. GAWD, that must take forever. So I taught him to write his name, and that summer we spent time with him learning to write. The school system continues to amaze me.

Well today while I was out, I stopped by to pick up a salad. To my surprise, they had REAL banana pudding, with the meringue baked on top and it was very good. The salad was great, lots of different olives, beans, lots of toppings including seeds and nuts and fruit. It was very good as well. The pudding and the salad is sold by weight and today was $5.00. I'm just glad there is somewhere I can go by and pick up a good salad.

My grandaddy always read the Farmer's Almanac and waited I think until after Easter. I'm itching so bad to get plants in my pots and some hanging baskets I almost went to Lowe's this week-end, but I looked at the weather and knew it was going to get cold tonight and tomorrow night, Maybe Thursday or Friday I'll go.

I have 3 on the south side of my house protected by the porch. I have some brown in with the green. I'm really hoping the brown comes out with new buds. Mine are 6-8 feet tall so at least I didn't lose them. Now my neighbor has some out in the open, and they're all brown. I don't know if those will come out or not.

Hey girl! I dug mine up from my grandmother's yard when I had it at my other house............ but I've been thinking about it and reading. I'm thinking of only putting one plant in one corner and let it cover the pergola. I got to thinking if I were to put out 4 on each corner, I think it would be totally unmanageable. Maybe two, but no more. And I was reading that if you transplant, you run the risk of it not blooming for a couple of years. I just may go to Lowe's and pay $20 for one 2-gallon bucket. I haven't made up my mind yet. Glad you posted! So what are y'all doin

TOTAL ECLIPSE OF THE MOON MONDAY NIGHT/TUESDAY MORNING

Since we couldn't see it this morning, this is the best I could do. This is from Melborne -
It's already dropped to *45* at my house.

The thing about this new hospital, according to the tour guide, they want families to be there. Each room is set up exactly the same with two seats joined by a table that is removable and makes into beds. There are no visiting hours, it's 24/7. And this is a win/win for families as well as overworked nurses. Family being there can help the patient get to the restroom, get some food, or go get them some ice and water or juice . They've made it as comfortable as a hospital can be. The bathroom has no tub. It's all level with the shower open in the corner with a curtain. That makes t

I know I'm sick of it. I want to feel that warm westerly wind on my face!

The low tonight will be the high for tomorrow. Temperatures will begin dropping in the morning and strong winds are expected. Don't forget to cover any tender plants during the night once the temps hit close to freezing. Record Cold to Replace Warm Stretch Across East By Kristina Pydynowski, Senior Meteorologist April 14, 2014; 6:28 PM . Those who basked in the warmth across the eastern half of the nation this weekend should not bury their jackets deep in the closet with dramatically colder air, and even snow for some, set to make a comeback. Cold air from Canada will b

On the old board to the lower right you could give someone a positive + or a negative -. We can't do that now, we can only like a remark.

That hospital is . I quess I've never had the pleasure of actually seeing a brand new hospital. I know Kennestone has just always been there with several additions over the years. Same thing with Cobb, and I think it was built in the sixties, but I never had a reason to go to a hospital until I was pregnant years later. And then I chose Northside. I don't remember a brand new hospital in our area.
-
Normally I wouldn't either, but this is a brand new, clean hospital, unlike a crowded Cobb General or Kennestone or any other hospital around the metro area. There are some hospitals I choose not to go to even if I'm sick. The old Paulding County Hospital being one of them. I was one of 3 people in the cafeteria. I saw less than a half dozen people during my journey. I never touched a thing going to the cafeteria and there are two sanitizing stations at the cafeteria, so I felt quite safe. And I plan on going back this week to try the salad bar.
-
You may be right, I remember the girl leading the tour saying they were going to have more healthy food. However they cooked it, it was delicious, and it looked like fried chicken, so they fooled me! LOL They had so many good things on the salad bar, I'm trying it next time.
-
I've been wanting to try it and it was very, very good. I had fried chicken and broccoli and cheese. With water it was $4. They have a salad bar that looks fantastic. I know where to get a good salad now. They charge the salad by weight. I'm so glad to have a new, state of the art hospital!! It's beautiful and convenient and restrooms on every corner and sanitizing stations everywhere. I remember when I did the tour the girl leading us said everytime an employee uses the sanitizing stations it reads their card and reports how many times they use it. If you haven't been you really

Thanks all, I'm reading about it now. I know how invasive it is, I've had it before. I trained one bunch into a tree and the other at the power pole (ACK!) I kept cut back and under control so the power company never had to come out. Right now I'm reading about American wisteria and looking where to buy it. I haven't made up my mind yet.......still wondering if I can keep it under control. I think I can.
