How do you know they're not certified? I heard that you should only be able to see the sun through them. Not a light bulb or anything else. Only the sun. Mine are all good. But I ordered mine in Amazon about a month ago.

The library was out last week. I got 10 at Walmart Saturday I also ordered some on Amazon but as long as it took it may be too late to order unless you want to pay express shipping.

I've never figured out why people have so much trouble at a 4-way. I've been behind people that stop at a 4-way with no one in sight and they just sit there. I stop and I go.
