I said this in the beginning when this happened. In a town that is predominately black that is under-represented, the best thing for the citizens of the town to do is get involved. Become community activitists and run for office. Surely in a town that is predominately black they would be able to vote in their own black political members from the city council to the county commission to maybe Representative and Legislator. When I had my hip surgery I was at Kennestone in a private room. But alas, they ran out of rooms and brought this lady in that had knee surgery. And her whole damn family. You would have thought she was dying. They stayed day and night and she whined a lot.
