I totally agree we were very fortunate to have the folks we did move us forward in Atlanta and not only accept change, but make Atlanta greater. That's a good recipe and I make mine like that except I don't add turnips but I do add bay leaves. I don't like bay leaves or stew, but my husband does. I might like it with the turnips and no bay leaves. And I always brown the meat and use beef broth instead of water. You need good quality beef cuts for starters.
