I've never eaten anything off of the bar there, although it does look really good. My cousin had a multi-organ transplant a few years ago. The doctor told her she could do anything she wanted, not to restrict herself in anyway- except for ONE. NEVER eat off a buffet or a salad bar. Too many germs,bacteria,viruses out in the open like that. I always think about that when I am about to eat from one. I have never gotten sick, but apparently it's not hard to.
