    No surprise here, I've witnessed it personally. A lot of good lawyers remain silent about what they see because they fear losing their license to practice law. Unfortunately that does nothing to turn the tide of injustice.     This judge spent 5 years trying to set up the husband of his lover. This is a strange story but the truth is often stranger than fiction. If this is what he does to an innocent man, what hasn't he done over the years to others? Being a judge doesn't make you right and it doesn't mean you have good judgment.

    Just because someone is a judge, it doesn't mean that he should be. This is a pretty sick guy. I'm not sure why he deserved prison time. I'm not sure how he could possibly have been found to be mentally competent.

    The father was deported because the mother and her attorney lied. The kids can return to the U.S. They haven't been banned from returning. They just have been court ordered to continue a relationship with their father that has been unjustly taken away. There's no need for their relationship to be further damaged while things get sorted out.

    What gets lost and burried in statistics and laws like VAWA by battered women organizations is that women commit 40% of reported domestic violence abuses. Women commit 54% of child abuse offenses and are party to another 24% of cases that involve both genders. Child abuse cases that involve only a man are 22% of the cases.     Rutherford, a professional actress (Gossip Girl) paid the price for repeatedly disregarding the court's recommendations. She was deliberately alienating the children and actively trying to cut the father from the children's lives and the judge saw through it. She also admitted to lying to get the father deported so the judge did the right thing. In my opinion, the judge exercised good judgment. Something that is frequently absent in review of many Georgia cases in Cobb, Paulding, Henry and Coweta Counties. Stay tuned...

    Are some judges any less corrupt than the lawyers they once were? They wear a robe not a cape with an "S" on the back. Collusion and corruption undermine the public trust in the judiciary.

    The court reporters conduct was in plain view. That would infer that the corruption is systemic. Judges and lawyers on all levels read transcripts yet no red flags were raised? I have been informed that similar charges will be coming out in Gwinnett County soon. If I posted everything I've found out in the last year, I'd bee in jail tomorrow as retaliation. I have been threatened by some of these same trusted professionals. You may even know some of them.

    You should watch the story again. They legitimized the child absentia. He didn't sign the birth certificate or sign a voluntary acknowledgement.

    You can't believe this because your mother was one of the good ones? A tough job doesn't mean it's OK to commit theft by deception, racketeering, etc. if they are convicted.

    Wow this is a stunning admission. Is she a Georgia voter? Has she been voting all of her life? Sounds like voter fraud if she has. How many more like her are out there? This is really becoming scary.

    So much court corruption and so little time to cover it all. Judges, lawyers and now court reporters. If you're a court reporter willing to commit fraud, how many appeals has your "reporting" ruined? Have you omitted statements from the record? Have you altered statements in the record? It's time for video and audio recording in our courts!!! It's the 21st Century people. Stay tuned... I'll be posting a court case on "how to" sue a court reporter for the actual audio tapes when you suspect foul play with the transcript.
