    Ryan Thomas provides insight into the tools of parental alienation (emotional and psychological child abuse). All of these keys are spot on but he leaves out the need for an enabling, gullible if not corrupt judge. Kangaroo courts are easily the fourth key to parental alienation.     When you lose an appeal does that mean you were wrong or the judge was just rubber stamped by the appellate process? Judges and lawyers have a code of silence made of the same stone as the police officers code of silence.

    I had the honor and pleasure of meeting Robbie Roberson in person. Stand up guy, what more can I say? When you are a stand up guy they must trash your name before trashing you. I'll say it again, If one parent is just a bitter parent who just didn't get their way, why punish parents for speaking out? Why put gag orders on these parents if judges and lawyers are doing the right thing? Why target activist parents? If you have nothing to hide, these "sour grape parents" will only make you look good, right? Or may be these judges and lawyers are racketeering and in fear of the public holding them

    Far too frequently judges believe they are above the law. These are traffic court judges but it is no different in family/superior court. The judiciary is just as corrupt as any other branch of gov't. Probably even more so...

    I am so proud of Michelle. She is fierce and relentless in the face of her ex and his billionaire wife who Forbes says has a net worth of 2.4 billion and is one of the top 5 most powerful women. These women are subjecting "troubled" courts and "legal professionals of interest" to the court of public opinion.

    Taylor Drake has filed a motion in behalf of John Murphy that Michelle Murphy be fined $500/day for speaking out about her troubled custody case in Newnan. Both parties have made posts on their respective social media pages concerning the case so I would think the "Clean Hands Doctorine" would apply at the very least. Apparently the boys 13 and 16 are not given say in their own custody case as evidence and their own testimony has been suppressed by the court and legal professionals of interest in the case.     Nick Lulli is doing outstanding work on troubled family law cases involving legal professionals of interest. In this instance, as is often the case, these things are not taken seriously until a child is seriously injured if not killed. Notice how no one has any comment to offer or can't be reached? Typical. They'll be singing the tune of "unfortunate tragedy" should misfortune come to pass. With no accountability for any of them.

    This is one case in which Bucci stood up for a mother as "guardian ad litem" where it is alleged that she was obstructed from contacting her children for 10 months or so. I haven't revisited this file (yet) so I don't know what subsequent filings there were or if "reunification" therapy was successful.     Good post. The governor is a lame duck so it may not mean much but I urge everyone to voice their opinion. It's probably the kiss of death but I support Dean Bucci. I have personally audited many of the court's public records. Dean is going to need a spinal chord implant to buck the status quo but he is by far the best candidate of the three. If he doesn't get the appointment, he should "grow a set" and run against BEAVERS or vinson in 2016. Unfortunately I don't think Dean has the balls to do it without shoe-in support. No knock against him because few lawyers will challenge a sitting judge.

    Apparently it's far easier to buy off judges that interpret laws with Citizen's United money than it is to buy off the legislators that write the laws. You get more bang for your buck too.

Father Joseph "Brandon" McCarthy has been kept away from his young children who are in need of his protection and nurturing care.
