It's good to be the king. No conflict of interest here. Porkin' the opposing attorney or in this case the opposing party while presiding over their case means you will not be held accountable. No bias here. That's not a kangaroo it's a mouse. What is Title IV-D and Title IV-E?
DomesticViolenceByProxy replied to DomesticViolenceByProxy's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I guess I'll have to carry the conversation alone. There's a few views but no participation. Anyway, how do you eliminate noncustodial parents all together thereby maximizing child support payments and matching Title IV-D federal funding for welfare programs? That's easy, you get false allegations of domestic violence placed against NCPs (noncustodial parents), which places an order of protection against the noncustodial parent, alienating that parent from the children completely severing their relationship. The domestic violence allegations go one way men against women, why? Because b- 2 replies

What is Title IV-D and Title IV-E?
DomesticViolenceByProxy replied to DomesticViolenceByProxy's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I'll give it a go... Dirty little secrets #1 (Title IV-D): The more money a state squeezes from a noncustodial parent, the more money it receives in matching federal funding for welfare and TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families). Less parenting time for the noncustodial parent (4 days a month) means more child support collected (in most states but not GA anymore). This increases matching federal funding for the state's low income programs. In other words, the state (judges) have an incentive to bleed noncustodial parents dry because matching federal funding for welfare programs correl- 2 replies

Judge gone wild. Amazingly the judge is not arrested on the spot. No charges pressed and he isn't even being disbarred. [media]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gGpP7S62MbM[\media] (Reuters) - A Florida judge accused of punching an assistant public defender after telling him "stop pissing me off" is stepping down temporarily for anger management counseling. Video footage shows Brevard County Judge John Murphy challenging lawyer Andrew Weinstock to join him outside the courtroom to settle a dispute over the scheduling of a trial date. "If you want to fight, let's go out back and I'll just b

Sometimes we forget that judges are human and they make mistakes. Nevertheless they must be held to a higher standard of ethics. FORT MADISON, Iowa —A judicial commission has asked the Iowa Supreme Court to suspend a judge accused of being intoxicated while on the job. The Iowa Commission on Judicial Qualifications asked the high court Tuesday to suspend District Associate Judge Emily Dean, who presides over the North Lee County District Associate Court in Fort Madison. Can anyone explain to me the significance of Title IV-D and or Title IV-E? What are the potential pitfalls? How can this be abused? What's the real incentive for "every other weekend" for noncustodial parents?

The amazing thing is this person is still on the job. Its bold to behave in such a manner without fear of consequence. https://www.change.org/petitions/u-s-department-of-justice-formally-review-child-custody-cases-decided-by-guardians-known-to-engage-in-suppressing-evidence-abusing-their-position-of-power-over-parents-and-children It is time for law enforcement to use the evidence we have collected on professional misconduct. To parents and children, "Do NOT give up hope because we see what has happened to you, and we are DOING something about it." Signing will help lead to transparenc

It's that time of year and this could have been tragic. The toddler and the teen are really lucky. “The child was not injured but it is my understanding that he was hot and sweaty,” Sampsell said. “Paramedics said the child was not in distress.” “He is just really, really red and really, really sweaty,” the caller told dispatchers when asked if the baby was having trouble breathing. The woman said to dispatchers that she and her mother had left Target and were putting her groceries in her car when her mother looked into the car next to theirs and saw the sweating baby. “T

I guess if the numbers don't fit the agenda they just make up a number in Florida. If there is no standard how can there be consistency? How can deaths be prevented if the problem is swept under the rug? "That report criticized DCF for its “utter failure to have the full picture” of parents accused of wrongdoing, and suggested the agency was beset by “a persistent, insidious bias of trust. Here, these two factors combined to exponentially raise the risk of disaster,” the report concluded. “Murder was the result.” In its report Tuesday, the new grand jury concluded that DCF is implementing

This is from a few years ago but I would say the system is still highly flawed. "In a courtroom incident captured on video, Contreras complained to Hearing Master Patricia Doninger that Fox assaulted her in a nearby witness room under the guise of searching for drugs. Contreras alleged Fox touched her buttocks and breast and ordered her to lift and shake her bra so he could determine whether she was hiding drugs or drug paraphernalia, according to internal court documents. On courtroom video, Doninger is seen playing with Contreras’ daughter and appearing to ignore the woman’s emotional

This is an old article but I think it is a good one and it is still relevant. It explains how to file a complaint against a bad judge and the importance of doing so. http://www.examiner.com/article/filing-complaints-against-bad-judges-is-quick-and-easy-here-s-how "Many bad judges go on for years because the public fails to complain thinking there will be retaliation. This is a wrong misconception or fear George would like to dispel. He says “many judges simply need to be corrected and reminded and it is the public’s responsibility to identity these judges so his office can take remedial or

Bystander Apathy (The Bystander Effect)
DomesticViolenceByProxy replied to DomesticViolenceByProxy's topic in RECENT TOPICS
When it's your turn or someone you know, may be someone will get involved. May be not... First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Socialist. Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Trade Unionist. Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out-- Because I was not a Jew. Then they came for me--and there was no one left to speak for me. - Pastor Martin Niemöller -
This is what bystander apathy looks like. If you see something, DO SOMETHING... or don't. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QifzgsipqpE

You're running for Post Commissioner, abiding by the KISS Principle, in a nutshell... County Commissioners, what do your friends think you do? What does your family think you do? What do citizens think you do / citizens what do you think a commissioner does? What do the County Employees think you do? What do you think you do? What do you really do?

Picture the outrage had a father left a 6 month old and a 2 yr old in a car unattended. Think anyone would raise money for his defense?

Beavers had no opposition in the last election just like Osborne had none for the coming election. Attorneys apparently lack the intestinal fortitude to challenge a sitting judge for fear they may lose and have a case before him. If someone qualified steps up in 2016, I'm certain that person will find substantial support for unseating him. Judges should absolutely have term limits. Unseating judges is beneficial to the community at large and doing so does little of the harm that Pubby is always preaching about concerning term limits. Edit: Pubby has a point with the legislature but jud

Excellent suggestions, thank you. It's tied up in the Court of Appeals right now. I may not get a judgment from the Appeals court until July or August. My case turned into a total clusterflub so I had to dismiss it as I was the plaintiff. This letter to the judge explains why my case was a mess and I had to dismiss it. I have no idea of the logic behind Judge Beavers reasoning because I was exhausted from playing catch-up with uncooperative legal professionals after asking my attorney to withdraw. The Judge didn't go along with the opposing attorney who said she wanted all parenting time n

This is the guy who initiated the Connecticut Task Force. He has spent over $300,000 in legal fees and he is still obstructed from seeing his kids without justification. Connecticut is the epicenter for family law corruption reform. It will be too late for me but change is coming. Future generations will not fall victim to corruption, greed and Title IV-D misdeeds. PS- If you ever wondered where deadbeat parents are created, look no further than family law. There are bad parents but the majority are not. https://www.youtube.com/watch?list=UU8LGLUBrIwnrmYL8Na0jsZw&v=ou12caQVUd4
