  1. Being a gamer myself it's refreshing to see gamers on the bench. What's the world coming to, lol? Read more: http://t.co/XHjwZaWuqH
  2. I had no idea that Osborne had a tenuous relationship with the DA's office. It explains a lot about how his shenanigans were being exposed. I'm still wondering how supervising Chief Judge Good Ole Boy escapes any scrutiny since Osborne's conduct was on his watch? If you're Teflon Tonny, nothing sticks? BTW, dmn funny to hear prosecutors say the system doesn't work. Are they just bitter because the didn't get their way?
  3. The seeds of parental alienation are planted long before the divorce/break-up. When partnered with the right lawyer and judge, it becomes an amplified legal strategy. Make no mistake, courts are not naive to what goes on before them as has been shown in the corruption cases of Newnan, Augusta and Georgia as a whole. This is brilliantly done by Wendy Archer and Kristine Ashcraft. They are wonderful people and they present information in a manner that is easily palatable. One of my shortcomings, lol. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ey7ud-ziPmM
  4. Some judges don't belong on the bench. Fortunately this one was removed. Studying law at Up The Road School of Law doesn't make a judge competent.
  5. There is never a quick fix. It requires dedication and sacrifice. You have to raise awareness, educate and inform. Oversight is frequently a rubber stamp by the bar associations, JQC, appellate courts, court reporters associations, etc. More often than not they just complicate matters if the news media doesn't pick up the story. In other words, agencies and organizations in charge of oversight, require news media oversight. Something few media organizations are willing to do, hence the importance of bloggers and social media.
  6. The team has not agreed to post the court documents on the internet due to a disagreement about what should/should not be redacted (They try to keep me on a leash). However the position the court is siding with is that there is attorney client privileged discussion that may be overheard on the audio recordings. If there is a third party within earshot of any attorney client discussion, privilege is void in my estimation. If the attorney wishes to have a privileged discussion during the proceedings the attorney should ask for a recess and speak privately with the client in a private room.
  7. I have in my possession two transcripts from court reporters (Paulding Superior Court) that are not in compliance with the format standards similar to what the court reporters in Cherokee County were arrested and convicted for. Not to mention inaccuracies.
  8. #FindTheOthers: What the opposing attorney is doing to you, they are doing to someone else. To expose the patterns of misconduct, find who else your opposing attorney is partnered with in abuse. Find the other attorneys that coach parental alienation and you will find more parents for the cause. Find the judges who allow it. Courts are not naive and often facilitate this brand of profiteering off the backs of children. Let the judges' legacies reflect what they have allowed to continue while feigning ignorance. Lawyers are lazy and the patterns of misconduct are present. They find a cookie
  9. Why denied what's to hide? A major problem for Georgia parents struggling in ‪#‎FamilyCourt‬ is that it is difficult to obtain transcripts. They are too expensive, take a long time to receive if you can pay for them, and then some are MISSING key information. Why would the #RichmondCountySuperiorCourt fight SO hard to prevent the public from seeing what we are missing? ‪#‎Legal‬ ‪#‎ReviewCases‬ #TroublingTranscripts WFXG Augusta Fox54's legal team went before Augusta circuit Judge David Roper on Wednesday in a heated first amendment hearing involving audio recordings that r
  10. Like rats off a sinking ship, the third, fourth and fifth judges have recused themselves from the Murphy case involving the billionaire hedgie that seems to have influence over an entire county. Millard didn't even have to pull out his pen before these judges jump ship. Who is left to preside over this case? Change of venue? Is this supposed to stall or save face for Baldwin? Is it because of personal ties to the law firms hired by the hedgie? How do 5 judges recuse themselves and this doesn't hit the news media? Free Jack and Thomas! https://www.scribd.com/doc/255497151/Recusal-B
  11. I've heard it said here on PCom that if the appellate courts back the judge the judge must be right. We may have to rethink that. Congratulations to the boys, Free Jack and Thomas, their Mom Michelle, their Uncle Rob, Kimellen and Millard. It has been a long hard road for them and though their journey is far from over they have overcome a major hurdle. [Chief Judge] Baldwin has recused himself but not before trashing his legacy. The court reporter was deposed and surprise... surprise... she didn't fall on her sword. She threw the judge under the bus by admitting the judge guided her in
  12. This bar association did what many complain unions do in using dues for political reasons without first offering an opt out to it's members. They did so not in the best interest of children but in the best interest of keeping up the family court rackets. The funds were used to block ballot measure #6 that mandated shared parenting by default in custody cases due to divorce. That would pretty much remove adversarial roles between parents though there were many loopholes in the measure.
  13. This is a great example of parents that #FindTheOthers and #WorkTogether to fight the troubled court system.
  14. It takes time but change can happen. CT reporter Anne Stevenson's efforts to expose corruption in Connecticut courts yields a joint initiative by 5 federal agencies. Help us bring change to Georgia. If you have or know of a troubling story from Paulding or Cobb courts, please share it. While judges and lawyers may cower behind court reporters falling on their swords, common sense tells us there is more to the story. Change is coming to Georgia courts. Citizen participation is key to expediting this cause.
  15. Generally speaking children who are alienated from a parent are conformers. Which is to say they choose the path of least resistance. "Group opinion has the potential to affect an individuals information processing on a very profound level." https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TrNIuFrso8I
  16. We are working on that as well as many areas of family law reform, transparency and other areas troubling our court system. Passing HB229 will go a long way towards giving GA grandparents access to their grandchildren. http://www.legis.ga.gov/legislation/en-US/Display/20152016/HB/229
  17. Things are really heating up FAST! Listen tomorrow morning at 8AM! You can listen on the FM station in certain areas around Atlanta, 92.5 "The Bear". Our host James O’Brien is on air now, and he’s fantastic. Or use the app linked here: http://tunein.com/radio/The-Bear-925-s28504/ The show is about an hour, and if you want to listen live we’ll be on early in the morning, but it is hosted also on ProAdvocateRadio.com. At the Capitol a retired GAL explained misconduct in detail to her Senator. Lots of follow up work to do… If you are interested in being a courtroom observer, email
  18. It is fascinating to me that so many judges lose their composure in courtrooms yet they expect and value "calm assertive behavior". It may seem far fetched for me to make such parallels but it makes me think of other institutions where calm assertive behavior is required to maintain order. Judson Waites has been noted, thank you.
  19. Say a non-custodial parent is paying child support for his/her son. Now s/he has no say in the son's day to day life or activities outside of 4 monthly visits (if they are enforced) but that NCP can end up paying child support for the son and the son's child. AND have no rights to see either of them.
  20. It's all about the money. Have a son? You can be stuck with child support for a child you have no rights to see. Few states have grandparent rights to visitation but we (Parental Alienation Dynamics, TFRM, My Advocate Center, Family Access- Fighting for Children's Rights) are working to change that. It's all about the money but you won't find out until you are walking in those shoes.
