That's interesting, TP. Especially considering Georgia was given an F and Illiois was given a C. I've often said Georgia is more corrupt than is acknowledged. Clearly one of the most corrupt states in the country. -

I guess we should just go around excusing people for killing other people that "might" be bad people. I'm sure all of us have had youthful indiscretions, before the age of 18, worthy of the death penalty by your standards. -

Yes, it's one of the tip-offs for forensic psychologists when psychopathic moms are paraded in front of the media to tell the world their children are missing. At the press conference they dab one eye at a time while faking the role of grief stricken mom of a lost child. All the while they know exactly what happened to the child. I noticed his eyes too. This is called the "psychopathic stare" or "predator stare". If the eyes are the "window to the soul" then this often reveals that there is no soul. If you ever watched "Dexter", in flash backs to his youth his "father" often has to remind him to fix his face for family pictures. That is why we are conducting audits of public record. We will later try to have juvenile records made available for those that have emancipated. To find out the ending to the stories. Because courts give children to the parent that is going to make everyone money. If you give the child to the stable parent or give shared parenting to remove adversarial conduct, there is no drama, there are no motions filed and lawyers don't make money. Has nothing to do with the best interests of children it's all about money. When you fill out your financial affidavit, the lawyers know just how long they can bleed money out of you. And they do it by continually stirring the pot. When tragedy strikes they distance themselves and say the parents were out of control. It happens everywhere

This... This is heartbreaking... THIS IS WHY WE FIGHT FOR FAMILY LAW REFORM. Frequently courts give custody of the child to the high conflict parent in a custody dispute. Giving shared custody or primary custody to the stable parent is NOT a money maker. The high conflict parent is effectively a cash cow for lawyers and the court because they keep things stirred up by filing motions or alienating the child by obstructing contact and visitation so the opposing party has to file motions. If you've ever wondered why some lawyers distance themselves from some clients or even ghost write for them, this could be one reason. RICO can be used against them as well as any other organized crime syndicate. I would assume if you ghost write for a client you are no longer under attorney client privilege?

I guess more than a few people stand corrected on this protesters chanting "kill a cop" thing. Yellow journalism at its finest. The person who orchestrated the whole thing only received a one day suspension. Credibility takes a major ht here.

Parental alienation is a totally encouraged legal strategy and a sham. The judges know it and they play stupid. Well, may be they aren't completely playing stoopid. It's definitely pay to play. If you don't have the money to dump on a lawyer everyone looks the other way. Deion Sanders ex found out he had the money and she lost with these tactics but for those that don't have money and or influence, it's a nightmare.
