  1. That's interesting, TP. Especially considering Georgia was given an F and Illiois was given a C. I've often said Georgia is more corrupt than is acknowledged. Clearly one of the most corrupt states in the country.
  2. I guess we should just go around excusing people for killing other people that "might" be bad people. I'm sure all of us have had youthful indiscretions, before the age of 18, worthy of the death penalty by your standards.
  3. Throughout his lifetime, Zimmerman has been arrested repeatedly for beating women and gun charges but Trayvon Martin was the THUG?
  4. Would you like to be a guest or contributor? Have ideas or suggestions to improve family law? Do you want to submit your experience with family law? Pro Advocate Radio will be hosted by South Metro Atlanta radio personality James O'brien.
  5. Yes, it's one of the tip-offs for forensic psychologists when psychopathic moms are paraded in front of the media to tell the world their children are missing. At the press conference they dab one eye at a time while faking the role of grief stricken mom of a lost child. All the while they know exactly what happened to the child. Andrea Yates, Susan Smith, the list is long. It's not as common with psycho dads because their grief response is expected to be more subtle and restrained.
  6. I noticed his eyes too. This is called the "psychopathic stare" or "predator stare". If the eyes are the "window to the soul" then this often reveals that there is no soul. If you ever watched "Dexter", in flash backs to his youth his "father" often has to remind him to fix his face for family pictures. It's very common for sociopaths not to understand sentiment and empathic responses. Especially when they are young and haven't learned how to respond to sudden tragedy or impromptu humor. If you've ever been to the movies with someone (especially as a teenager or young adult) and had to con
  7. That is why we are conducting audits of public record. We will later try to have juvenile records made available for those that have emancipated. To find out the ending to the stories. Did the court actually work in the "best interests of the child"? There are no studies on this so there is no proof to support the court's claim of acting in the best interest of children.
  8. "Patience, persistence and perspiration" because we know that we and our children will never benefit from our efforts. Had previous generations sustained their efforts we would not have to fight as we do. The difference between then and now is social media and the need for true net neutrality. We can educate the public so much faster and more cheaply than generations past. We accept that our work today is for the benefit of future generations, not ourselves. Change is a slow process. Many are dismissive of the losing party due to "sour grapes". What most people don't understand is that fam
  9. Because courts give children to the parent that is going to make everyone money. If you give the child to the stable parent or give shared parenting to remove adversarial conduct, there is no drama, there are no motions filed and lawyers don't make money. Has nothing to do with the best interests of children it's all about money. When you fill out your financial affidavit, the lawyers know just how long they can bleed money out of you. And they do it by continually stirring the pot. When tragedy strikes they distance themselves and say the parents were out of control. It happens everywhere
  10. State Rep. for Connecticut, Minnie Gonzalez clip (just over a minute) explaining that family law is about money not children. You had better believe it is every state not just Connecticut. Georgia is among the worst with the corruption. The corruption goes from top to bottom. http://youtu.be/I-KYfFaR4z0
  11. This... This is heartbreaking... THIS IS WHY WE FIGHT FOR FAMILY LAW REFORM. Frequently courts give custody of the child to the high conflict parent in a custody dispute. Giving shared custody or primary custody to the stable parent is NOT a money maker. The high conflict parent is effectively a cash cow for lawyers and the court because they keep things stirred up by filing motions or alienating the child by obstructing contact and visitation so the opposing party has to file motions. The courts do NOTHING to diffuse hostilities by ENFORCING its own Orders. After becoming a major contributo
  12. Classic strawman's argument. The ridicule that Sharpton endures is the same ridicule that MLK had to endure. Now Sharpton is no MLK, to borrow from Lloyd Bentsen, but history has been kind to some these last 40 years and not so kind to others. If we listen when we speak, we may find which side of history we will stand 40 years from now.
  13. You probably just got me arrested or at least held in contempt, when I regurgitate that in a certain judge's courtroom, lol.
  14. Capitalism at it's finest. Doesn't make the grand juror any less credible does it? The police officer quit the force and is making money doing interviews right?
  15. This should be interesting. Given the circumstances I don't know how "Doe" can be denied the right to offer his perspective of how the process was conducted.
  16. Frequently people don't have an opinion until it happens to them. We'll give them a little time. It's going to happen to someone, a friend or relative. If it hasn't already.
  17. Kangaroo courts often implement this form of divorce "gamesmanship". How do you know if you are in a kangaroo court? Well... how do you know if a lawyer or a politician is lying? This is anything but a game. It has the potential to destroy the true victim's life.
  18. The numbers may be distorted by gender due to men being incarcerated before being diagnosed "borderline" or being misdiagnosed bi-polar. The article is nonetheless insightful if you are having to cope with such a person.
  19. If you've ever wondered why some lawyers distance themselves from some clients or even ghost write for them, this could be one reason. RICO can be used against them as well as any other organized crime syndicate. I would assume if you ghost write for a client you are no longer under attorney client privilege?
  20. I guess more than a few people stand corrected on this protesters chanting "kill a cop" thing. Yellow journalism at its finest. The person who orchestrated the whole thing only received a one day suspension. Credibility takes a major ht here.
  21. Parental alienation is a totally encouraged legal strategy and a sham. The judges know it and they play stupid. Well, may be they aren't completely playing stoopid. It's definitely pay to play. If you don't have the money to dump on a lawyer everyone looks the other way. Deion Sanders ex found out he had the money and she lost with these tactics but for those that don't have money and or influence, it's a nightmare.
  22. Some of you should listen when you speak. "You can't deal with street revolutionaries: you can never satisfy them. First it's the front seat on the bus, next it's a takeover of the parks, then it's voting rights, then it's jobs, then it's distribution of wealth without work. Never satisfied..." - George Wallace, Alabama Governor
  23. The question I have is why did she get away with it 27 times previously? People who abuse the system should have consequences but far to often they do not. I guess 28 was the charm?
