  1. Didn't Surepip say something with respect to who Gulledge says he will bring charges against/investigate? Something about people that sign his check?
  2. Those who have nothing to hide, hide nothing. Patterns of misconduct or unethical conduct are usually revealing in themselves. Stay tuned, there's more to come.
  3. LOL, unrelated but I've subpoenaed and sent GORA requests to Angela Albritton Woodall multiple times over the last 2 years and I have received nothing. One time I was promised the docs by email and when I told her I'd pick them up she told me she had nothing for me. Seems to me she was of the opinion that Chief Judge Teflon Tonny S. Beavers wasn't going to make her give them to me.
  4. I'm not sure how it is not a conflict for one person to hold so many titles in the same area. The stench of corruption is that much more foul when you consider it is a common practice in Missouri.
  5. If you find yourself having similar problems in Paulding Superior Court you should probably opt to seek a Federal injunction at the first appearance of impropriety. State courts are a waste of time and money. State appellate courts often only rubber stamp the lower courts. You would likely have better success getting your case in Federal Court before you go broke. Ms. Wolf's Civil Investigation Demand
  6. Just because someone is a judge doesn't mean that person has or exercises good judgment. Also, doesn't mean that person should be a judge. Exactly why judges shouldn't run unopposed and if they do they should have to receive X number of votes in relation to the total electorate. If you don't have X number of votes your seat should be vacated and put up for grabs without a designated incumbent.
  7. Full story is available at the link below. If the judge is cutting side deals with lawyers who have hidden influence, what other decisions (civil or criminal) has this judge made that should be called into question. What of other judges that are guilty of similar conduct?
  8. Think again if you think this isn't happening in Paulding County Superior Court. The report will stream live from this link at 10PM tonight. http://www.wfxg.com/category/235953/wfxg-liver Please go to Nick Lulli's page and thank him for his excellent work on Augusta's family court system and exposing troubled courts. Thank him on Twitter @nicklulli. Show WFXG Augusta Fox54, The Augusta Chronicle, Daily Report, Marietta Daily Journal and The Newnan Times-Herald that this type of reporting is necessary.
  9. My Advocate Center: TONIGHT on WFXG Augusta Fox54 Regardless of your religious beliefs, chances are you'll want to hear the ‪#‎Truth‬ about what families and children are experiencing in many ‪#‎familycourt‬ cases. *At 10pm investigative reporter Nick Lulli is escalating the story about the Augusta Judicial District's problems. http://www.wfxg.com/…/tuesday-at-10-wfxg-investigates-colum… If you saw last night's quick preview of tonight's report, you heard what happens when a ‪#‎judge‬ enables a parent in alienating - cutting off - children from a good parent. This story involves
  10. The link is broken right now but the story is still on. Watch it tomorrow night, 2/24 at 10pm.
  11. Norton comes free with Comcast. If you want to keep it I would recommend getting malwarebytes (paid version). Funny thing about Norton is you can go 6 months or longer with viruses going undetected. It is usually a headache to manage and does more harm than good. I think you've had such good luck with it because you must be a responsible user that avoids risky activities.
  12. If you want it to work unmanaged, I would recommend AVG paid version. No one app is going to do it all.
  13. Very true however, in saying "rare occurrences" I was trying to tactfully say that the appellate courts more often than not just rubber stamp the lower courts regardless of the law. So when a judge is overturned it is a big deal. Unless the judge makes a ruling knowing it would likely be overturned. For instance, it is my opinion that Teflon Tonny understood the likelihood he would be overturned on appeal in Surepip's case. Sometimes judges save face locally by letting the appellate courts be the fall guy. Now the judge gets to look like he stood up to "The Firm" and "The Firm" still gets
  14. Welcome to family law. If you can indict a ham sandwich you can get a restraining order against one too.
  15. If you think this kind of thing is only happening in Augusta, you're not paying attention. WFXG Augusta Fox54's Nick Lulli continues to investigate the Augusta circuit family court system. Last June, Judge Craig's "misinterpretation" of Georgia law against a Columbia County mom was overturned by the state appeals court. An EXTREMELY rare occurrence considering the appellate courts usually rubber stamp the lower courts. Now there seems to be an issue of "ex parte communication"? Watch Tuesday at 10PM. http://www.wfxg.com/story/28164261/tuesday-at-10-judge-craigs-secret-plan
  16. This is how out of touch family court judges are. Just because you are appointed by a goobernor and you run unopposed from the time of your appointment, doesn't mean you are competent or an intelligent judge. Clearly this is all about money and has nothing to do with the best interests of a child that is now an adult. Please consider taking a few minutes to lodge complaints on Mr. Alexander's behalf. Honorable Kathleen M. McCarthy Presiding Judge (313) 224-5481 1813 CAYMC Coleman A. Young Municipal Center, Room 1813 2 Woodward Avenue, Detroit, MI 48226 Phone: 313-224-5481 Hours:
  17. Judges are politicians... just sayin'... Vote em out
  18. That's the first time I've ever heard Bill-O tell the Falkland stories like that. He always gave the impression he was in the thick of battle not secondary government protests.

  20. LISTEN: Saturday morning at 8am for Pro Advocate Radio! We invited Georgia District Attorney David Cooke and the Executive Director for Voices for Georgia's Children, Pat Willis, to discuss the challenges we have in protecting children and other victims of abuse. This started out as a talk about "religious liberty" and what can be missed if we're not careful, but as of today the legislative proposal involving the right to use religious freedom as a defense in court is apparently off the table. The fact remains, though, that other "defenses" are being misused in‪#‎FamilyCourt‬ to block cons
  21. I still can't get over Paulding prosecutors saying the justice system doesn't work. When a parent says the system doesn't work and is clearly failing children and then provides supporting documentation in the form of cases where there is a clear abuse of discretion, that is just a bitter parent who didn't get their way. Can we say the prosecutors are just bitter because they didn't get their way?
  22. Matching labels with behaviors- Some don't know there is a name for behaviors associated with poor parenting skills. Empowering a child to make adult decisions is as harmful to their mental development as inappropriate dress. Children should not be the decision makers of whether or not to see their other fit parent anymore than they should routinely wear make up and heels in public. If these parents were still together, talking to the other parent on the phone would not be an option. So because they are not together the rules have changed?
  23. Anyone who has ever been to court can tell you the power of money trumps facts. I'll revisit this in roughly 3 months and explain why. Unless the power of money again trumps the power of facts.
  24. Could he have possibly fell on his sword to protect others as well as himself? Do you think the supervising Chief Judge wanted an investigation? I don't.
