Notice is hereby given that a first GORA Request has been made to the Paulding County Board of Commissioners Human Resource Department.
The Clerk of the Superior Court of Columbia County called out a Judge for attempting to hold her in contempt for not following an improper order. The judge emailed the order to her and it was rejected as spam so she never received it. Regardless of this the Order was still improper. Judges in Georgia have simply run amok, abuse discretion, abuse process and abuse power. There is no way to put it but they are finally getting push back since the JQC is toothless. https://www.scribd.com/doc/267802974/AUGUSTA-Judicial-Misconduct-Affidavit-of-Cindy-Mason

Life has many twists and turns and for those that are afforded the time and opportunity to make amends for past misdeeds, it is a wonderful thing. With his Bar admission, he joins the Chief Judge and Attorney Angela Albritton Woodall as fellow Alums of Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School that serve or have served Paulding County Superior Court. Though not able to help in every situation, Mr. Yunker has always been professional in my limited dealings wit
I had no idea that Osborne had a tenuous relationship with the DA's office. It explains a lot about how his shenanigans were being exposed. I'm still wondering how supervising Chief Judge Good Ole Boy escapes any scrutiny since Osborne's conduct was on his watch? If you're Teflon Tonny, nothing sticks? BTW, dmn funny to hear prosecutors say the system doesn't work. Are they just bitter because the didn't get their way?
There was no common sense in Paulding County

Democrats no less... Chuck Williams: "You know Al Johnson wants his son to succeed him on the bench. What father would not want that for their son? And, as predicted, David qualified to run for his father's Circuit Court -- which is the same thing as Superior Court in Georgia -- seat. But guess what? David picked up opposition along the way. Phenix City attorney April Logan Russell is running against Judge David Johnson in the
