Postman, Please dont keep your sidearm in your car, this is a great place for those whom should not posses a gun to obtain one. Do your part, be responsible.. who knows how many lives you may save by not allowing that weapon in the wrong hands. With that being said, each to thier own on how they carry. My neighbors yard slopes down to my yard, all the water runoff is eroding my yard. Thus far Its taken out a tree, eroded a trench in my back yard uncovering sprinkler system and now is washing the dirt out from under my fence. Should the neighbor be responsible for the water running off of his property? Should he repair the damage caused to my property?

How is everyone is surprised by this? The whole municipality should be looked at by the feds for inconsistencies, corruption and the "good Ole boy network".

Call the Marshall's office where they will instruct you to download a form which must be completely filled out, then you must mail said form to them. Who has that amount of time? In other counties, it just takes a phone call. Get with it PC! The home on Cedarcrest road has had a big screen tv in the front yard right next to a mattress and a bunch of other crap that's been there for 2 weeks now.
