First obvious question...have you rebooted the Lenovo? How does it connect to the internet? Network cable or wireless? If wireless, is it connected to the right wireless network? Open a command prompt and enter the following: ipconfig /all and press the Enter key See what it shows for IP (or IPv4) address. Do the same on the working computer and see if the numbers are similar (most likely all but the last number should be the same). Also, compare what each has for 'DHCP Server' and 'Default Gateway'. They should match.

Legalize it and then tax the crap out of it.

I'd suggest going back no more than 10 years and shorter if it pushes the resume over 2 pages. It also depends on how many jobs the person has had during that time. And while I'm thinking about it, make sure everything is spelled correctly and using proper grammar. I've been reviewing resumes recently and it's amazing to me what people are sending out.

Having that much old email even on a new computer is not unusual. If they used Outlook, having a local copy of email is not unusual. As an IT guy, I've worked with many people that keep ALL their email forever. Has the "Life Insurance" thing been confirmed or is that just speculation or rumor?
