Manufacturing jobs are lost but new jobs areas are created. I get it...people are mostly lazy and not willing to do the work to better themselves. I'm lazy too but that didn't stop me from getting an education in a good field that will only continue to grow. At some point, people have to take responsibility for their own lives instead of waiting for the government to give them stuff that was taken from someone else.

It's not OK for the taxpayer to subsidize minimum wage earners but it's not the companies fault. Minimum wage jobs aren't meant to provide a living wage.

The taxpayers aren't paying anything to the corporation. They are paying it to the workers. If you don't make enough to live on then get a better job. Can't find a better job? Then learn new skills and make yourself more marketable or start your own business. It's this helpless gimme attitude that is killing this country.

When did it become Walmart's responsibility to pay people enough to live on? If you work there and don't make enough to live on, it's your fault, not Walmart's.

That is probably the most inaccurate statement I've ever seen on PCOM. On average, it looks like about 10% of those tested show positive tests for drugs. For example, in TN in 2015, 325 were tested and 28 tested positive. In KS between Jan-Sept 2015, 260 were tested and 66 tested positive.

That's what UGA is for.

The laws should be even more strict. There is no excuse for driving under the influence.
