  1. Which is a good reason to either not answer such questions or to lie.
  2. I don't give a crap if all those folks think it's important. I'm free to respond to any such question any way I see fit.
  3. Then I'll just lie and go off on an anti-gun rant to make the doctor happy. It is absolutely none of my doctor's business if I have guns at home or not but he's free to ask.
  4. Good. Doctors should be able to ask anything but patients can always refuse to listen, refuse to answer, or change doctors. If I'm ever asked, I'll refuse to answer since it is absolutely none of his business.
  5. If the issue is preventing deaths (that's what you are concerned about, right?), then shouldn't you be more concerned about other objects that result in more injuries and deaths? Or are you just using guns as a political issue because of your liberal mindset?
  6. Negative. You can buy any car and drive it on your own land without a license, test, or insurance. The license, test, and insurance is for when traveling on public roads.
  7. Car accidents kill way more people than guns so should we ban cars?
  8. Yep, you are. Do some research and you'll figure it out.
  9. Having the govt pay for healthcare via single payer is pretty much the same as buying insurance. You're paying for the 'single payer' insurance with taxes. Given how inefficient govt is in about 99.9999% of what they do, do you really think it would be cheaper to go to single payer?
  10. That does not equate to unrestricted access to guns.
  11. Since when is there unrestricted access to guns for law abiding folks?
  12. Not confident enough in your belief to share it?
  13. I don't think it is stupid so, yes, I'm curious why you think it is stupid.
  14. It depends on your plan. Some providers block it if it isn't included with your plan. Granted there are ways around that.....
  15. In an ideal world, everyone would pay the same percentage. That will never happen. I prefer the FairTax over the current system.
  16. It's called math. Wealthy people pay in more taxes so simple math says that if rates are cut they will get to keep larger amounts of their own money than someone not as wealthy. Not sure about Republicans since I'm not one. However, as a Libertarian, I think the fed govt does way more than it should, including the military.
