The XP disk you have is useless. 100s of updates happened to it since then. Microsoft no longer supports it, none of the updates are available any more. If you already have it installed on a computer, there are probably many updates already there. I have WIN 10, it's updated numerous times since I got it at Christmas. 10 is closer to XP. It's like XP on steroids.

The first time I met Surepip, he had volunteered to cook supper for the camping staff during one of our Boy Scout Camporees. We were camping in Cedartown at the air strip where they have sky diving. He arrived with his car stacked to the top with the ingredients he'd need to cook the best meal they ever had. He was unloading the car in the makeshift kitchen and unloaded a box containing several bottles of wine........the camp staff went ballistic, no alcohol is allowed and any scouting event. He went pale, he was embarrassed, he explained that he needed it to cook, not drink. LOL F

Commission votes 4-1 to fire Talley, Richardson and Cable law firm
tundra replied to gpatt0n's topic in Fastread page
I guess you found out today that Tom Cable was indeed present at the signing of the land transfer. They didn't just use their office conference room. Yes I did a screen shot of your original post. More Fake News. -
Commission votes 4-1 to fire Talley, Richardson and Cable law firm
tundra replied to gpatt0n's topic in Fastread page
First there are no "anti-airport" forces. General Aviation is fine, it's no "commercial passenger service". Get it right, please. Second, Carmichael was well aware of the land transfer shenanigans, but he chose not to let the other commissioners know. So much for "Unity", huh? He knew exactly why that meeting was called and sat there and lied about it. "The law firm" is deeply entrenched in every arm of government in this county. They have some of the best of the best. Most of our superior court judges have come from that firm. They are, for the most part, strong, upstanding, co -
There are only 7 board members, one of those board members sits on the board at the bank. He had to abstain from voting, the superintendent does not get a vote, and the other gentleman is the Board of Education Attorney, he doesn't get a vote either. He also sits on the BOD at the bank.

Yep, wanna know what I support? Not that I need your approval, but responsible government spending, programs and agreements that benefit the American People. Small Business, small government, it's the heart beat of America. BTW, nothing is "free", absolutely nothing.

Well, Trump will make America Great Again, after the inexperienced, arrogant, narcissistic, self serving, first black president did all he could to Fundamentally Change America. I hope the change Trump brings will be in the best interest of America and not Globalization.

I just hope they leave those pins out of the bubble, that could be a disaster!

Yes, it's over. People need to stop acting like they are still in high school and be adults. Adulting is hard, you don't always get your way, but you can't stand there, stomp your feet, and blame everyone else. You are responsible for your behavior. No Pubby, GD isn't the only reason Trump won.

This same technology has been here for a long time. This FB and social networking isn't anything new. 50 years ago, before the www, people disagreed and had a problem understanding how the other side could be so stupid. Nothing new, nothing's changed except the ability to communicate with several different "groups" of friends at a rapid rate. In fact, I'm surprised someone that has made their living off of the internet doesn't realize a candidate lost a race and the world didn't stop.

The butt hurt is strong in this thread. I'm thinking if Trump were a Dem, Deblasio would give him local security and clear the street for him. But that's just my opinion.

The burning effigy of Obama was from the wack job Pastor Terry Jones that burned the Quran. That was called out by many, from both sides. It was disgusting. http://christiannightmares.tumblr.com/post/24708030615/koran-burning-pastor-terry-jones-hangs-obama http://culturalmarxism.net/quran-burning-pastor-terry-jones-al-qaida-hit-list/

The comments in that link are interesting, seems like some people did their homework, and fact checked those images.

Really Pubby? This is pure conjecture because at the time the electoral college was put in place, there were as many Northern Slaves as Southern Slaves. You were doing fine until you injected your personal interpretation which is blatantly wrong. There are other "opinions" in that piece that are purely false. This is why the left has little credibility, they inject their personal opinion instead of leaving the factual data as recorded.

Obama still blames Bush..........now you want to talk about being trashed. I seriously doubt you'll hear the President-elect trashing Obama. But what do I know. Those people are out of control, but they are getting paid to do it. By none other than Soros himself. http://www.theepochtimes.com/n3/2184374-moveon-calls-for-protests-over-trump-victory/ http://front.moveon.org/

Yes, you and they want mob rule. What happened to being advocates for the minority?
-
Trump is 100% right, it is a disaster for democracy! The Founding Fathers knew it was, that's why they created the electoral college, we are NOT a pure democracy. We are a Democratic Republic and the states were given sovereign rights. Did you know every state has the ability to decide how those electoral votes will be distributed? Two states still have split votes. In a pure Democracy, mob rules. Not so in a Democratic Republic. Our Founding Fathers were all too familiar with Pure Democracy and how it ALWAYS fails. http://www.todayifoundout.com/index.php/2014/01/united-

Yes and No on voting on that party ticket in a runoff. You can't vote in a Republican runoff if you voted as a Democrat in the primary. But if you are a democrat and didn't vote in the primary, Paulding has very few Dem challengers, you can vote in the Republican runoff. It happened right here, in the Chariman's runoff. The Democrat party sent a letter of support for Carmichael after he had met with them, Democrats did vote the in Republican runoff. I have a copy of the email. It's actually quite a juicy story. Closed primaries would not let that happen.

Folks, you have to understand, a Primary is the way the people choose the candidate of their party. A primary is basically a "party" vote. There are sometimes other things on both ballots, but you are voting for the Republican or Democrat candidates. You can't vote for one of them and a member of the other party in the Primary. You have to vote a "straight" ticket in the primary or not at all. It's how the field is narrowed for the General Elections in November at which time no party affiliation is required.
