Pretty much every business I've been in over the past several years will allow their paying customers to use their bathrooms. I can certainly understand why refuse to allow access to their restrooms for those who just walk in for the sole purpose of using the bathroom; especially in areas that are heavily populated or visited. It's their business and their right to choose whether or not to make their restrooms available or not to the general public. Federal law requires employers to provide bathrooms for their employees, but does not require the employer to make those bathrooms available to customers or people who walk in wanting to use one. I was in Savannah earlier this year and all the businesses had signs on their doors stating their bathrooms were for paying customers only. If you were in need of using one, you had to buy something first and they would give you the access code to enter the bathroom. I had to make a purchase in order to use the bathroom at McDonald's.

I used TrueGreen before and fired them as well. They were to come out every two weeks and spray my yard.
