1. In your scenarios, what laws were broken?
2. She gave an answer other than the choices you gave her. She said it was none of her business. You claimed that would be bystander apathy. Apathy means to lack feeling or emotion; or to lack interest or concern. Just because someone makes a decision to stay out of it does not mean they are apathetic. You then added WWJD? This gives the impression you're accusing her of not being a very good Christian. You have a problem when people don't answer one of your questions the way you think they should. You don't have to be rude and condescending with those who choose not to become one of
3. This is a perfect example of what I've been saying about you. You didn't like someone's answer and now you are now judging that person's credibility and morality to be less than yours. You are what I said you are.
4. She's back on it. Dang I haven't seen the baby yet.
5.

In this situation, the real moral wrong is the Nazis rounding up Jews for the purpose of committing genocide. Deceiving or lying to the Nazis in order to save the lives of those you were hiding was done so for the purpose of saving their lives. Had you in this situation turned them over to the Nazis you would have been participating in what was morally wrong.
6. First of all a "foxhole" is a temporary fortified fighting position dug into the ground. These fighting positions are dug to fit one or two soldiers. When a grenade is dropped, whether the pin is pulled or not, whoever sees it has the responsibility to yell, "GRENADE" as a warning to all. Now if there were five soldiers in a "foxhole," it would be very difficult to almost impossible for someone to sacrifice himself as a shield. A two-man foxhole is dug out with what is called a grenade sump dug into the front wall at the bottom. The purpose of this is to kick a grenade into it. This i
7. Here's a piece of advice; don't be condescending with those who disagree with you or those who you feel didn't give the answer you wanted to your questions. You really come across as an asshole.
8. When has raising the minimum wage ever taken people who benefited from it out of poverty? It hasn't. Who really benefits from minimum wage increases? Unions because many of them have it in their contracts that if the federal minimum wage increases, their hourly rate increases by that same amount. Let's say members of a union with that in their contract make $20/hr. If the minimum wage were to increase by $1/hr, those union members would receive a $1/hr increase in pay. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that when the minimum wage is increased, the costs of goods and
9. Why not prepare them in the kitchen first before setting them in the dining room? I like mine fried. LOL
10. I believe there is such a thing as ADD and ADHD, but I also believe a lot of children are misdiagnosed with it. I have known several parents with kids diagnosed with either one, but I also know how those parents "parent." I've seen them let the kids have pretty much everything they wanted, but whenever they had to say "no," the kid went into meltdown. As soon as the parent caved in and let them have whatever it was they wanted, the kid became "angelic." I'm sorry, but I firmly believe in those cases, had the parent learned to say "no" to their kid while that kid was still very young and ga
11. In other words, beating and stabbing the guy had nothing whatsoever in the guys death. Had those guys never touched him, he would have been dead anyway. Riiiiiiiiight.
12.

I firmly believe ADD is often the result of poor parenting.
13. From what I have observed, DVbP suffers from NPD. It's obvious to me in is writings. I get the impression he is pushing an agenda and is trying to enlist "flying monkeys" of his own here.
14.

How the heck can you say the jury couldn't agree the man didn't own responsibility in the death when they found him guilty on 3 counts of attempted second degree murder and one count of firing into an occupied vehicle? Here's what happened; the DA failed in this case in getting any conviction for the death of the teen. Most likely this caused confusion for some of the jurors. You seem to think justice wasn't served, but what do the parents of the dead victim have to say? Davis' parents each left the courtroom in tears. Afterward his mother,
15.

Whose fault is it when you have members of the same family, one being the mayor of dallas and another being the county chair? Wouldn't that be the "fault" of the voters? Surely if you have two brothers running for public offices, you cannot fault the brothers for being elected. Are you now proposing a law that would prevent someone from running for public office if they already have a relative serving in a public office?
16.

There's a distinct difference between first and second degree murder. First degree murder is a premeditated intentional killing. Second degree murder is an unplanned intentional murder or a death caused by a reckless disregard for life. The DA failed to prove the defendant planned to kill the victim. In most states the ballot used by the jurors can include an alternate lesser charge for conviction. Apparently in this case the DA went all for nothing to get a first degree murder conviction. He should have included a lesser charge of second degree
17. Different name, but still sort of the same. Zorro means fox in Spanish. I changed the avatar to reflect that. Other than that, I'm still the same guy.
18. A married couple should make it about each other. Good job!!!
19. It doesn't sound like jobs to me. From what I've read, the process will be dumpsters at the site to dispose the materials in. Another company will come pick up the dumpsters for further disposal. The operation sounds like it would consist of 1 or 2 people attending to the site during business hours. Personally, I don't think this is an ideal location for a hazardous dump site. It should be further away from populated areas.
20. People keep bringing up how the public voted and turned down an airport in Paulding quite some time ago. Wasn't that vote centered around the county using it's own funding sources to construct an airport? The airport in Paulding was constructed with funding provided by the FAA, was it not? If I recall, the county only had to pay for the road construction from the highway to the current airport.
21. I agree. I wonder how much these people opposed to the airport would also be opposed to light manufacturing moving into the county?
