My complaint is the stores never have what you need and you still have to go home and order online. I have got to the point I just order it and it shows up at the front door. Much easier then fighting the traffic and listening to the poor store person trying to explain that he can order it for you.

I have been against it ever since they first tried this in the early 80's. We stopped it then, that is why they built it with out any approval of the people this time. I would place a bet that the only people that will benefit is the higher up's in Paulding govt. The next possible thing is when it goes under Atlanta will buy it out since they own all the land around it on both side of the road and else where. Just looked at my pile of scrap laptops and I don't have one of those. I did look on ebay and they go for under $100 working. There are several parts one on there. He is right it could be the cable between the motherboard and the monitor, but it also could be the video section of the mother board. I would just buy another one just like it and swap my hard drive into it. Would be cheaper then buying a new laptop and you would have everything just like it was. If you buy a new one it will have windows 8 which is bad.

Make and model? I might have one as I do some laptop repairs.

We have bought 3 of the cree bulbs from home depot and so far they look good. Brighter then the stupid screw in fluorescent bulbs that I replaced. The problem with the fluorescent bulbs is they don't last. When they first came out they were supposed to last, but the electronics in them use parts from china and their parts are known for not lasting. Problem is they can't make them here because of the mercury, even though it still goes in the trash here.

Tell me how many jobs the movie place the county put in with out anyone knowing until it was done, has created. If people wanted jobs they should have stayed in Atlanta and not came here to make problems for the rest of us.

I went in the douglasville store when they had their "markdown". Everything had been marked up first. I didn't find anything that was as cheap as the Walmart normal price. The Hiram store might as well close as I haven't found anything I went in for in years. That would be a transformer and yes they can hum if they have loose lamination's. They have layers of thin metal (lamination's) inside that the wire is wrapped around. If they are loose the magnetic field causes them to hum or buss.

I live near the airport, and this s cks. We voted out a airport several times in the past 30 years that I've been in Paulding. Right now I am hearing what sounds like military jets here and they are very loud. First who is paying for the fuel for the mititary jets with the govt shut down? I think we should get together like we did last time and protest to the right people, even though I know the county will do what they damn well please. The people have no choice in what goes on anymore.

I looked on ebay to see if my Nikon was worth anything. $7-$10. I did use the lens on my newer Nikon. The lens might be worth something. Look on ebay at sold items.

I've got to agree with Pubby. I am still using older desktops and even though I have laptops I don't use them except when I need portable. Also I would never use the cloud. Not only can you be snooped on what happens if it goes away. The best way is to buy a external hard drive and do back\up often. Also I hate windows 8 so I am still using xp pro.

If it is the old crt type tv throw it in the trash and buy a new one. Cost more to fix then it is worth. CRT type tv's are selling for $20 or less at goodwill.
