I don't know where they want top put the fire station, but it makes no sense to have it at the airport if they don't already own the land. It should be near the highway so they have quick access to to road. It is almost 3/4 mile from the road to the airport. There is a good place right at the entrance on the dallas side of the road. The only reason they are putting it at the airport is not for the local people, but so there can be a commercial airport. If they leave it a general aviation

They can come here and stay in the motel in downtown Dallas. The one close to the liquor store or the one by the hospital.

Sorry I don't do business with him, he supports the airport, and is higher then anyone else. I also had to use pcom from a computer that had only IE for a browser and found out all the advertisements on here. I now have a list and won't support them either.

First off they didn't stick a business at the end of the runway or their house. The county stuck a runway on them. You don't care about anyone do you? The houses and the school were here first. There are no buffers in the case of one of the subdivisions. They can control what happens by lawsuits and finding out who screwed who to put this here in the first place. They have had almost a year to show a business plan! They don't have one. They just think the public is stupid enough to believe anything they say, and they are now finding out the public is not a stupid as they thought. Except for the 5 or 6 that have been brain washed into believing that there will be jobs.

Go stand in the public and ask people. You will find that the citizens are not as stupid as you think. I have not found one yet that believes there will be any jobs created from the airport. Also no one has yet proved that the faa has paid anything on this airport.

If you use a good antivirus you don't need security essentials. I use either avg free or avast. Most antivirus programs are good, but some like Norton I wouldn't use it requires too much from the computer and has been known to case problems. I just put avast in my computer as the latest avg is buggy. So far it works ok, but does take more time then avg did when it checks mail or web sites. I still use xp on most of my computers. I use 7 on one, and ubuntu on one, plus I still have win 2k on the computer that runs my weather station. I will never do windows 8 as it is too differ

Well research it and tell us. No one else has. This is why everyone near the airport should have their well tested now so there is a baseline to prove the problem and be able to sue the county when it happens. It will happen.

The problem is the value of the houses near the airport has already went down. What is going to happen is one of the developers is going to come and buy them for penny's on the dollar and make a big profit. Just wait till the noise and pollution is so bad and the people will sell the entire subdivision.

I for one am having my water from my well tested now so I will have a baseline for later. After the airport has been in operation I will have proof if anything does happen. Then I can sue, although the way this works here is the county would go bankrupt before they would settle.

I would much prefer to hear my neighbors out shooting then to have to hear a jet go over down low. Not just gun rights, but the rights of the people that want to hear planes at all hours of the night. There won't be any peice and quiet when the airport stars flying jets.

If you were concerned about the mess the county is creating and let us live in peace with out the stupid things the boards are doing we would all be better off also.

I'm only suggesting that people that don't like the way paulding county was should not have came here knowing full well that they would have to drive to a job. I came here because it was a small town and was a rural type of environment. If I had not had a job close (less then 15 miles away) I might have gone someplace else. Just saying if you don't want the drive find a place close to your work, and move. Then why do you want to fk it up?

If someone doesn't like the commute then get the h ll out of town and move closer to your job. We don't want anyone who don't want to live here. If you don't like it MOVE. Maybe when gas gets that much some of these people will move and let us have the county the way it was when we came, before the outsiders came and tried to change to make it like where they lived. Again if you don't like it LEAVE.
