  2. I feel ya! Hoping to see some improvements in the arthritis in my feet and knees as I continue to lose more weight. DGITW- are you going NO carb?? We are just LOW carbing so that may account for the difference in the way we eat.
  3. EWWWW!!! Side note: In Stephen King's new book Full Dark No Stars, he has a story called a Good Marriage that is about a woman who accidentally discovers, after many years of marriage and 2 grown children, that her husband is a serial killer. Great Read!
  4. Thanks for the support y'all! And DGITW- I use the free Atkins carb counter I got here: http://community.atkins.com/security/register.jsp?MCID=HomepageGateway&rc=FreeBars to see how many carbs are in certain items. Some fruit is not so bad. Like berries, some melons, etc. There's also a Low Carb forum I go to that has recipes, ideas, and support. If the mod's delete it, then PM for the link. http://www.lowcarbfriends.com Since it's a board dedicated to low carb lifestyle, maybe the mods will leave the link.

  6. I'm with ya. I hate when it comes up a storm at night! Skeery!!!
  7. What she said. Eggs, bacon, sausage, "hashbrowns" (cauliflower) are all fine. I'm not really a breakfast eater so I usually just have lunch and dinner. Lunch is usually a wrap sandwich. We use low carb wraps. These: http://www.wegmans.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?productId=388369&storeId=10052&langId=-1 We get them at the K-roger. And a lot of our dinner ideas come from here: http://www.genaw.com/lowcarb/ This site even has MENUS if you need them. Or just google "low carb recipes" and there's TONS out there. We just try to stay under 25-30 carbs a day.
